Efficient and reliable service delivery.
The convenience of booking service and handing over the car on service day was a smooth experience with professional service delivery. A genuine recommendations were made for the car and the quality was really good. The store manager Shanuka and team were very professional, helpful, and supportive. Highly recommend the store.

Very happy with the service at Alice Springs MyCar. Friendly staff
My xtrail had a service which advised I needed 4 new tyres, I was given a quote. I then went to mycar not only did they quote lower but they fitted me in at short notice

Great experience. Great team.
Ive been bringing my car to these guys for a while and always happy with their service.
My car had a fuel issue which resulted in a replacement part. Unfortunately that part was faulty but they were able to sort and replace that quickly and I’ve not had a problem since.
They are always upfront with costs so no surprises when going to pay.
I highly recommend and thank them for looking after my little car so well.

Exemplary service
I put my car in for a service and a rego check at 8am and all 6 working bays already had cars in them so I didn’t expect to get my car back until later in the afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised that it was finished before noon.
I also love the free 12 month roadside assist I get with the service.
