It Really works! I bought myself 2 rings saw one of my sisters was about as stressed as I was and gave her one she said she noticed a difference right away was actually able to get more the a couple hours of sleep the few nights she used it. She then was in a car ride with another of our sisters who was freaking out stressed and overwhelmed from work she gave her the ring and she too said she felt so much better and less overwhelmed with everything going on. I love my calmi rings. I have a silver and rose gold and wear one of them everyday. They hold up to everyday wear.

I am thrilled with the calmi jewelry. I have worn a ring for over a year and do believe have benefited from it with relation to decreased bloating and better sleep. I have rings in silver and gold so I can switch it up with whatever I am wearing. I also have the earrings. I actually encouraged my sister in law to try it for sleep as well.

Love the ring and that it is flexible. I am not sure if it is doing anything.

Love my Calmi rings...I have 3 all different colors so I can match them with different outfits.

I LOVE my Calmi products! I actually lost my ring for about 48 hours and could physically feel the difference (I ordered new ones immediately, but then found it in the washer so now I have backups...or gifts). I wear my earrings ALL THE TIME. I can feel when I haven't worn them for a few days. The calm I feel with these products is amazing!

Overall, I am pleased with the ring. In purchasing two additional rings though, I was unable to use an advertised promo code and reached out to Customer Service for help with a corresponding refund, but never heard from them.
