DO NOT USE

Business phone went off without notification. We missed 2 days worth of enquiries. Portal said "problem with your account" so I couldn't sign in. And I'm currently 10 days into what i would love to call "email back and forth" but unfortunately, its missing the "back and fourth" bit. Completely ignoring me. My number is now on 100+ directories across the Internet and i have to change all of them!!!!

Thank you for your review. We'd like to clarify a few points for anyone reading this.

We offer a free 30-day trial for customers to test our service, but after this it's essential to add credit, as this is a prepay service. If a customer doesn't top up their credit, the account is cancelled after 6 months of inactivity. Ahead of any cancellation, several automated notifications are sent to the email address on the account confirming the cancellation and giving advance notice that action is needed to keep the account and number active.

Since you raised this with our team, we have replied to your ticket on multiple occasions, including within an hour of your first message. Our team has been responding throughout and has tried to phone you, rather than leaving your ticket unanswered.

We're contactable via online chat, telephone, or ticket for any further queries.

Excellent service received from live…

Excellent service received from live chat support - I couldn't resolve the issue so they remotely accessed my pc/telephone handset. When it couldn't be resolved they escalated it to 'level 2' support. By the time I came in to the office the next morning it was all working perfectly. Can't fault the service.

Absolutely Outstanding Service!

I cannot recommend My Business Number highly enough. From the very first interaction, everything was seamless, professional, and reassuring. The setup process was quick and straightforward, with clear communication at every step.

What impressed me most was the level of customer care. The team went above and beyond to answer my questions promptly and in plain English. I felt valued, not just like another customer.

Billing and Policy's issuees

I've been using this company for about two years and was initially very happy with the platform. It offers an easy way to create IVR systems, forwarding groups, timing schedules, and voicemail setups, with reliable service and good call quality.

However, there are two key issues that led me to give this company a 2-star rating:

Billing Transparency: The billing system is unclear. I need to maintain a top-up balance to use the service, but there's no way to view a detailed history of charges or costs directly. Whenever I have a billing question, I have to contact support, open a ticket, and wait 24-48 business hours to receive a response with the necessary details. This process is inconvenient and time-consuming.

"Unlimited" Minutes Policy: The company offers an "unlimited minutes" plan for outgoing VoIP calls, which I recently signed up for. However, after reaching 1,500 minutes, I received a notification stating that the fair use policy caps "unlimited" usage at 1,500 minutes. This limitation is misleading and doesn't align with the expectation of truly unlimited service.

I hope the company addresses these two issues. If they improve billing transparency and redefine their "unlimited" plan to reflect customer expectations, I’d gladly revise my rating to 5 stars

Regarding billing transparency, we encourage you to contact our customer support team directly. They are available 9-5, Monday through Friday, via phone, live chat, and our support ticket system. This will allow for immediate assistance with any billing enquiries or concerns.

We want to clarify that the "unlimited" minutes plan is designed for normal business usage. The fair usage policy is in place to prevent service abuse, such as excessive call volumes or automated dialling.
