Very bad experience

Blocked my account with balance in, nothing works and their bins are leaked, worst experience ive ever had, i suggest you to check other reviews to see that I am not the only one!

Do not use them!

Probably a very bad choice, speaking as a customer on the platform.

In my experience, the BINs appear to be compromised. As soon as I create a new BIN, funds start getting drained by Indian and Singaporean companies. Instead of taking responsibility or providing a real solution, support keeps saying it is an issue with their bank.

Bad service no standards am talking as vip client but its not good or recommended

Very bad experiencw with the support and products, they are selling already used bins with 0 on them and their support is awful one agent was indirectley saying "your loss" but we cant do nothing and they barley respond.

My experience with MyBrocard was extremely disappointing.

The platform feels very unreliable, and I ran into multiple issues while using their service. Payments behaved unpredictably, and in some cases transactions went through when they shouldn’t have, which is honestly alarming for a financial product.

What made things worse was the excessive number of fees. You get charged for deposits, top-ups, payments, and sometimes even failed attempts. It feels like there’s a fee attached to almost every action, and these costs add up fast.

Customer support was not helpful when problems came up, and getting clear answers was difficult. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor user experience made me lose trust in the platform.

I personally would not use MyBrocard again and cannot recommend it to others.

Bins are leaked , as soon as i am creating a new bin money are drained by Indian and Singaporean companies and they just say its a problem of their bank.
2 weeks no answer , they dont even allow me to take the rest of my capital out.

I have used it, the only issue is that we have to deposit $250 or $500 that's the minimum amount that we can deposit. This makes it little suspicious for new users but overall they are trustworthy.

The second issue is with billing address of the virtual cards, we neither can update it nor get a random address. Most of the cards have always same billing address.

Ужасный сервис, ни в коем случае не советую к работе. Есть много альтернатив, которые работают лучше. Задерживают сильно вывод с карт, возможно скам как сделали AnyBill, лучше обходите стороной

This is utter trash. I wanted to buy a virtual card to buy an evaluation on a Forex propfirm, and guess what? They said that I cannot do that. Hahaha as if that’s some kind of illegal stuff or anything.

PD. Stay away from this mediocre, abomination of a site.

I had looked into a number of different card options before deciding on Brocard.

I found the KYB process to be very smooth. Support chat was very responsive and helped expedite the process.

Loading the cards with crypto was very intuitive and most importantly, the cards I needed for social media promotions worked flawlessly.

Cards for Amazon worked without a hitch as well.

I'm glad I found Brocard and am very happy with the high quality service they provide.

SCAM. NEVER SUBMIT YOUR ID OR GO TROUGH VERIFCATION PROCESS. THEY ARE Russian company that literally steals your DATA. THEN YOU even won't be able to delete or close your account with YOUR DATA.

Additionally, using MyBrocard comes with numerous fees at every step. You have to pay a commission for deposits, for topping up your balance, for making a payment, and even for attempting a payment. These fees quickly add up, making the service costly and inconvenient.

Overall, MyBrocard lacks transparency and reliability, making it difficult to trust. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free payment solution.

It seems to be reliable, the support is quite fast to help you, the only problem would be for the euro users, they will have to pay extra fees because you cannot issue card in euros in fact so, its an additional cost that may be an issue for big spending, but overall its a good solutions.

Getting Visa and Mastercard with no service charges is quite convenient. They also give free cards for my team every month, which is very helpful for our advertising expenses. But please be aware—the USDT top-up fee have gone up recently, and it's affecting our budget more than we expected. It's still a decent option, but I am hoping to see it goes down soon.

MyBrocard’s got a smooth UI and the 24/7 support is tight, but that first deposit of 500 USDT? Makes you think twice.

Brocard simplifies ad payments with zero local fees. International charges are a downer but manageable. Good for the most part.
