Don’t ever deal with this lot. They get your bank details and charge you for wherever they want. Getting a refund is not possible
Unfortunately I can’t give them a 0 star. They are the worst site I have ever dealt with. Kept replying with the same email over and over. Has cost me a fortune in subscriptions which I never wanted in the first place. Would not cancel or refund. Won’t go near them again and would advise everyone else to run a mile too. 🤬

I’m doing well
I’m doing well. Except as a single person the multiple products I have to purchase are a bit much. And I’m having a problem matching up the volume measures with the weight measures in the recipes. They don’t seem to be correct. When I weigh an ingredient, it may be greater or lesser volume than listed and vice versa. I do like some of the recipes. Never thought about having a sandwich for breakfast before. I’m enjoying that.

They are not designed for New Zealand…
They are not designed for New Zealand food/barcodes. They are misleading in their advertising and the fine print commits you to an ongoing subscription. They refused to refund as I did not cancel 48 hours prior and they added an extra $94 fee which I don’t know what it is for. Disgusting behaviour. Avoid them.
UPDATE: After many emails advising I would take it further they refunded my money. This was a good outcome but be careful of their automatic subscription and lack of products in NZ.

I only signed for a month and then they took another month which I didn’t sign up for plus a subscription for an exercise program that I didn’t sign up for and then wouldn’t refund the money.

Unauthorized charges
They charged me twice afterwards I deleted my account and refuse to refund me. Even though they stated deleting my account would automatically cancel my subscription.
