I had given the assignment and all the relevant information required based on the assignment brief and lecturer guidance. Upon several escalations, the solution every time was not complete according to the requirements provided.

I contacted the company and they were extremely rude, as always. They do not listen and refuse to accept the mistakes they have made. I had requested a refund. Initially they said the solution provided was meeting all the requirements and refused to issue the refund.

It's been 2 weeks since I have been requesting a refund and still they are refusing to accept there is an issue with the solution they have provided.

It's not just this assignment, I had other bad experiences like not receiving solutions on time, not following simple formatting instructions, not following the assignment brief and extremely unprofessional rude behaviour.

For one assignment, I contacted live chat and spoke to an agent and they were extremely rude, giving sarcastic answers and telling me information irrelevant to my query.
