Today april 1st I am still waiting for the delivry of an order placed on march 8th, track number doesn't even exist, I sent a mail had no answer - this is a scam !
Delivery never took place, they ignore all attempt to contact via email, different social sites, we paid 50€ for a set of lights that were never delivered and they have completely ignored our claims now for 3 months.. what else can one do?
Ordered on 15th of dec 2025....paid for express shipping.....here I am on 6th of feb 2026 with no product...tracking site does not show any info...tried to contact them in vain.....hate to say that I was scammed...
Never received my order.
Shipment Tracking number from « china post » is UNKNOWN by China Post.
Informing my order is delivered when it has not even been shipped.

Now trying to find a way to get my money back
Didn’t receive my box light, ordered on the 18th December with 5-7 days delivery- the site says customer service will respond within 24 hours but I’ve contacted multiple times and no response. Complete scam don’t buy from here.
Ordered a lightbox on Dec 11 and paid the extra fee for "express shipping". It still hasn't arrived nearly two weeks later. The tracking doesn't show any progress at all with no estimated delivery date. I will likely need to try reversing payment for goods not recieved. Buyer beware
I had to wait a bit longer than expected since I ordered near the Black Friday rush, but the light box quality is totally worth it. The team handled my concerns kindly and fixed everything quickly. Great job, Jonny and team!
The dress is just like the photos! It's so beautiful and elegant. The details of the dress are great too. I had limited time to buy the wedding dress but the costumer service helped me A LOT. They are so nice to answer all my questions and helped me to find a correct size for the dress.
The shipping was smooth, and Jonny from customer service made the whole process seamless. Even when the tracking was late, he kept me updated every step of the way. Amazing service!
