I’ve been using DB Investing for a while now and honestly the experience has been smooth from the beginning. The platform is easy to navigate, execution speed is fast, and withdrawals have been processed without unnecessary complications. What I liked most is that even as a newer trader, the interface didn’t feel confusing or overloaded. Their support team also replied professionally whenever I had questions. Looking forward to seeing more improvements and features in the future.

Dear Mr. Mahmoud Mohammad Zohdi Farfoura,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all client comments seriously and would like to clarify several points for transparency and accuracy.
Our records show that your total deposits amounted to USD 4,286.40, and you successfully withdrew USD 4,000, which confirms that your funds were processed and returned accordingly. At no stage was a legitimate withdrawal request blocked or rejected without reason.
Regarding bonuses, all promotional offers are optional, a marketing tool to attract the client.
With respect to “broker instructions,” please note that:
- You joined our platform through an Introducing Broker.
- All trading decisions were made independently by you.
- Our role is limited to providing the trading platform, execution, and support services.
Any compliance-related communication you received was based solely on standard regulatory and internal policy reviews, which apply equally to all clients and are designed to protect both parties.
We strongly reject the claim that reviews are written by staff. Our Trustpilot rating reflects genuine client experiences and is monitored by an independent third party.
We regret that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, and remain available should you wish to discuss specific concerns through our official support channels. Transparency and client fund security remain our top priorities.
Kind regards,
DB Investing – Client Relations Team

Dear Mr. Mahmoud Hosny Mokbel Abdelmegid,
Thank you for your nice double negative comment.
You have opened with us 2 accounts with 2 separate emails, and with 0 deposits in both, wrote a negative review for no reason. This is a clear pattern of fake reviews written because someone asked to do so.
For the sake of clarity and transparency, we would like to outline the factual timeline associated with your account.
- This review is related to an account you opened an account with us on 18 April 2026 and completed verification immediately.
- No deposits were ever made to the account.
- On 23 April 2026, you requested that the account be closed, which was processed accordingly.
- You did not contact customer support at any stage with concerns, complaints, or service-related issues.
- A negative review was posted on 28 April 2026, despite no trading activity, deposits, or service usage.
Given the above, we respectfully note that there was no financial interaction or service experience that would substantiate claims of fraudulent or “scam” activity.
We remain open to constructive feedback and direct communication, and we encourage anyone with genuine concerns to contact our support team so they can be properly reviewed and addressed.
Kind regards,
DB Investing – Client Relations Team

False Promises and Untrustworthy Service
Review Content:
This is the second time I’ve been misled by DB Investing with false promises about adding a bonus. I followed all the required steps, met every condition, and waited patiently, yet nothing was delivered.
The support team keeps giving empty assurances with no real action. This is not just poor service — it’s a complete lack of transparency and professionalism. Customers are clearly being misled with offers that are never fulfilled.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate it further on Trustpilot and across social media platforms to make sure others are aware of this experience.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. Do not trust their promotions or promises.

Dear Mahmoud Mokbel,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify the situation with full transparency based on the actual account timeline and communication records.
- Your account was opened and verified on 25 April 2026.
- A promotional bonus request was submitted shortly afterward.
- As clearly communicated by our support team, all promotional bonuses require up to 3 business days for internal approval and processing.
- A negative review was posted on 25 April 2026 (the same registration day), before the standard bonus approval period had elapsed.
- The promotional bonus was successfully credited on 29 April 2026, which falls within the communicated and expected timeframe (4th day including processing).
At no point was the bonus declined or withheld, nor were any conditions changed after the request. The promotion was applied exactly as explained.
We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but characterizing this process as “false promises” or “misleading” does not reflect the documented sequence of events or the final outcome. Our team kept the client informed throughout, and the commitment was honored in full.
We remain dedicated to transparency, professionalism, and fair treatment of all clients. Should you have further questions regarding promotions or account activity, our support team is always available to assist directly.
Kind regards,
DB Investing – Client Relations Team

Dear Hadiat Hadiat,
Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify the situation based on factual records for transparency and to avoid any misunderstanding.
- Your account was registered and verified on 23 April 2026.
- On the same day, a review describing the company as a “scam” was published.
- No deposit was made to the account.
- No trading activity took place.
- No complaints, inquiries, or emails were sent to any of our departments prior to or after the review.
As there was no financial interaction, no use of our trading services, and no contact with customer support, we respectfully note that there was no service experience that could substantiate claims of fraudulent behavior.
We remain fully open to resolving genuine concerns and encourage any user with actual issues or questions to contact our support team directly so they can be reviewed and addressed promptly.
Transparency, fairness, and client protection are core principles of our operations.
Kind regards,
DB Investing – Client Relations Team
