too much spam. I still stand by this. but don't put words in my mouth saying sorry you don't find value in our offers. I know I can unsubscribe but I get bombed by 100's of emails a day i don't have time for. for all these companies to assume i have time to look at their emails is too presumptuous!

I suppose if someone was rating me as a reviewer, I would fail because I do not recall contact with the company. I do, however, always remember very positive and negative encounters/situations. My conclusion is I had a good experience, but I did not appreciate a stellar experience. The organization and management staff, therefore, know where to concentrate their efforts. I apologize for this general assessment, as identification of specifics is much more helpful.
