Shipping took some time but after some back and forth with customer service my package arrived promptly! If you are willing to wait a bit longer the deals they offer are pretty great!

Time consuming, but resolved!!
Edit: Redeemed after throwing up this reveiw! It was a chore getting someone to respond via text, but they got us squared away after an apparent bad batch around Christmas time. The rear tire is mounted backwards, more of an asthetics issue than anything, but they have agreed to issue a $75 refund for the cause. Time consuming ordeal, 4 out of 5 stars.

Lack of communication
2.11.26 Update - I did finally receive a response from the company and have since received my items. They were very apologetic about my experience and the lack of communication which I appreciated. The items are exactly as described when I ordered them.

I placed an order back on Jan. 10th for 3 items and finally got tracking numbers Jan. 28th. Finally received one item today, but still show that the other two items, the more expensive items, haven't been received for shipping by the seller. I've reached out several times and can't seem to get any sort of response. This company was recommended to us by another person who used them so not sure what the issue is with our orders taking so long. A month seems like a long time to wait for an item to ship and reading other reviews, I'm getting concerned that we'll never receive the order or a refund. I'm giving 2 stars only because we've received one item, although month longs wait, and I know someone else who used them and had a good experience.
