Absolutely superb service
Absolutely superb service, booked in without a problem, even co-ordinated other properties on our development to be serviced the same day. Very professional and friendly, arrived on time as agreed and completed within the estimated time. All in all I would highly recommend

MWH recommendation
We have known MWH, Marc Hailes, since he left school and took up his trade. He has developed steadily in a professional way. Gradually employing more staff but always taking care to carry out the work in a manner which satisfy the clients need as a paramount condition. His staff are always courteous in a domestic situation. As a retired architect I still look to the standard I demanded at work and see it in MWH. We would have no qualms in recommending him to others.

Excellent service from start to finish.
We live 100 miles from where the job was so was a logistical nightmare but Marc made it all super easy, excellent communication, adapted quickly and without fuss when things didn't quite work out, would highly recommend.

I would have no hesitation in…
I would have no hesitation in recommending MWH, they have done an outstanding job renovating our master bedroom, en-suite & family bathroom. They offer excellent customer service & project management. All trade outsourcing is dealt with by MWH which makes the process run very efficiently. Looking forward to the next phase of our renovation!

Following a problem with our electric boiler
Following a problem with our electric boiler, MWH were recommended and I am extremely glad that they were. The response to my call was both professional and courteous and an Engineer was on site within 2 hours. The problem was identified, a replacement part sourced and the problem resolved on the same day. I cannot recommend MWH highly enough and would have no hesitation in using their services again.
On a subsequent call, which turned out to be operator error, the service and customer care exceeded expectations. EXCELLENT.
