Marc and his colleagues were so helpful when I had an issue with my electric boiler. As a new homeowner, Marc walked me through my boiler and underfloor heating. They were also able to resolve my problem within 24hours restoring my hot water. Not only that but they provided a thorough service of my electric boiler. I can’t rate MWH highly enough. They have done a big boiler/heating project in our house which has been complicated. From start to finish Marc and his team have been excellent. The customer service and attention to detail has been excellent. Jordan, Dan and the rest of the team are extremely friendly and mindful whilst working in the house too.
