Absolutely love my new/old omega seamaster I’ve received, needs some tlc being nearly 20 years old but at the price I got it for I can’t complain. Will buy from MVS again.

To me buying any luxury item online feels a bit daunting but after reading the reviews for MVS and after finding my dream watch on there I decided it was worth having a go.
Dealt with Vincent and traded a couple of questions back and forth giving me goods vibes so went ahead with the purchase.

Not everything in life goes to plan, but it is how a given situation is dealt with that really counts.
Having detected an engineering issue on a watch recently purchased from MVS Watches, a quick phone call to Vincent was all that was required to generate options to resolve the problem - one being a full refund, a second being an OEM retrofit of an upgraded component under warranty (the issue was a recognised engineering weakness on early models).
The former was chosen due to personal time constraints and the transaction was processed immediately.
The matter was completely outside MVS Watches' control, and I would have no hesitation in returning to Vincent should another model in his expending stock turn my head. 5 stars reflects my experience, even though it was not the intended outcome.

In the UK, every now and then you come across a retailer who provides 1st class 5 star service. MVS is one of those. I ordered my watch after business hours and soon after received an email thanking me for purchasing the watch with all the delivery details I needed.
