From the outset of reaching out to Vincent to discuss the possibility of a trade in against an IWC watch, right thru to receiving the watch itself, he was helpful, patient, and a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in buying another watch from him and in recommending MVS to others.

This is the 2nd time I have used MVS to purchase a watch, Vincent has been a pleasure to deal with and the Tag Monaco Gulf X was better then described. Even went last minute to post the watch literally 5 minutes after monies paid so I could have it before the weekend. No hesitation to use a 3rd time if the opportunity arose.

I bought a nearly new tudor black bay ceramic from MVS Watches. Vincent was polite and helpful, delivery was quick, the watch is flawless and he followed up to make sure I was happy with it.

... other than we received great service and a great watch! On a Saturday I found the watch on MVS's website that I thought would make a special gift for my husband's birthday. Vincent was happy to take our calls, respond to messages and send videos on a Saturday afternoon so my husband could consider it. Happy with what we saw, by the following Tuesday, we had received the watch. Exactly as described, in excellent condition. Very happy customer!
