I wasn’t so sure at first, so I played it safe and ordered the small size. But once I saw that red color, wow — honestly the best shade of red I’ve ever seen on a bag . I loved it so much that I went ahead and ordered the bigger size right after. It’s really rare to find a bag with such unique colors, and I think the aluminum finish gives it that classy shine.

Would give 0 if possible. My husband and I looked for good aluminum suitcases and this one supposedly had great quality aluminum suitcases. We used them one time, going from Denver to Cabo San Lucas. After just one flight, they were both incredibly dented. If I could upload pictures here, you’d see how ridiculous it is to say this is caused by airline mishandling. Of course we reached out to the company. And of course they said it was the airlines fault, file a claim with them etc etc.
They also said they would send it to management for review. I’ll hold my breath!
Please if you value your money,Do Not buy these suitcases. They look pretty, that is all, and not worth the money.

If there is a zero star, I’d rate them ZERO. It already dented once received, requested return the same day. Support team replied “ It is possible that the suitcase was subjected to rough handling during transit, which caused some minor dents”. I laughed… from Chino to Thousand Oaks, only traveled within LA. What the quality! And they wouldn’t provide me a return label but 15% off. Haha…. I spent almost $600 to buy a defective product? I asked return label again, still … then offer me a replacement. I don’t want your product. Never never wanted to deal with them again.

Very funny, when I didn't want the replacement but refund. Now they need to identify errors, whose error? my error now to dent the suitcase?

DHL damaged my package during transit. Sent photos to MVST and they arrange to send me a replacement quickly. The replacement arrived a few days later than the initial delivery date, but I appreciate customer service helping me out.

Terrible product. First of all the case scratches easily. In 6 months I have checked it in baggage once and it came out with multiple dents. Worst of all one of the locks is now completely shot and will not clasp shut at all. Going on a trip at the last second I had to swap out suitcases when I could not lock this one.

I was really disappointed with my experience using an MVST suitcase. While travelling through the airport, the lock broke and the handle was damaged due to the poor build quality. I expected better from a premium travel brand.

Despite MVST advertising a product guarantee that covers damage and promises a replacement, they only offered to send me a new lock—completely ignoring the fact that the handle was also broken. This makes their guarantee misleading and unhelpful when you actually need support.

For the price and the promises made, I expected a lot more. I won’t be buying from MVST again and can’t recommend them based on this experience.

The worst product. I bought the aluminum suitcase and carry on. I have been on three trips with them. They are absolutely destroyed and dented everywhere. The aluminum is paper thin and the durability of this product is beyond poor. Do not buy from this company.

Please please avoid this company sent me an item that has been absolutely battered to bits and they made me purchase a warranty that doesn’t exist. These products are made for $20 in china then upsold for 10x the price

I paid €457 for a suitcase on March 14 and received no tracking number or delivery updates for nearly two weeks. After sending multiple emails and Instagram messages, I was told the item “was shipped”, yet the DHL tracking number doesn’t even exist. Their customer service is slow, unresponsive, and full of excuses. Now I’ve filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back. This is not what I expected from a so-called premium brand. Be extremely cautious, read other reviews and avoid ordering from MVST until they fix their operations.

I bought the carbon X carry on. The build quality is terrible. After one trip I have problem with hinges and fitting. The carbon has lot of production issues. Each corner where the aluminum connects to carbon is different.
Never again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Luggage opened up and faulty locks first time use on my flight. Had to re purchase another suitcase in the airport to put my clothes in. Paid $800 for the suitcase that definitely is not worth the money and then a further $500 at the airport for a new no name brand. They refused to offer a refund as it was used and I have been waiting for them to send me new locks to replace (the least they could do). With emails back and forth, it has been 7 months and I am still waiting for theses locks. TERRIBLE service. Regretful purchase, side note, don't get scammed like I did!!

Waited four months for custom luggage. Sent incorrect luggage (+$500!) Said they would send a replacement. That was 3.5 months ago. They stopped responding to messages 3 months ago.

Horrible service. Ordered a bag October 31st. It's now December 3rd. The system says the order and still waiting to fulfill. I emailed them, several times.

Response 1: it takes 2-3 business days, per our website to fulfill your order.

Emailed back with no response.

Well since I have a log in not helpful. I do have a few of their pieces already, but this time around their customer service really is horrible and wonder what happens when you need warranty work done?

They grew too fast, time to go out of business, if you can not act responsible.

They don’t hold their word on their warranty. The inside of the suitcases are so cheap and multiple components broke in the first year. Tried contacting the multiple times with no answers. The just don’t care! Not worth the money!!! Keep away!!!

Absolutely infuriated with the abysmal service provided by MVST Luggage Company! Three months ago, I made a purchase with the promise of 2 days shipping using FedEx next-day shipping that I paid for. However, I was shocked to discover that the item I wanted wouldn't even begin shipping until December - a fact conveniently omitted during the purchase process.

Upon inquiring about the delay and requesting specific details on shipment and delivery, I was rudely informed that my order had been canceled due to alleged fraud. How dare they accuse me of fraudulent behavior after I had paid my hard-earned money three months ago without any issue!

The customer service at MVST is not only vague but outright dishonest. It became apparent that many other customers, like myself, were in the same frustrating situation due to the company's failure to start production on the items they are selling. Some have been waiting for their paid-for items for four months or have had their orders inexplicably canceled without warning.

The lack of transparency and deception displayed by MVST is appalling. I strongly advise against making any purchases from this company unless you want to be sorely disappointed, left empty-handed, and dealing with endless headaches.

Furthermore, the reports of items not being durable and falling apart within a year, despite their exorbitant prices, only adds to the list of grievances. Save yourself the trouble and money - steer clear of MVST Luggage Company at all costs! ⚠️🧳🔒

Placed an order in August they said it would ship September it’s now October 22. I had to email to request a refund. Took 3 emails to get a response.

Complete garbage. Broken immediately after one flight. They’re saying it’s cosmetic and not accepting their own warranty. Such a scam.

I can’t believe I wasted my money on this MVST suitcase. It didn’t even last ONE TRIP before falling apart. The case is made of the cheapest materials imaginable, and the clasps are so flimsy they won’t even lock anymore. I beg you, DO YOUR RESEARCH and spend your money elsewhere. To make matters worse, I found out this company is buying these units in China for pennies and selling them at a 5x markup. It’s a total rip-off! I will never recommend or buy from this company again. I admit it, I fell for the paid YouTube influencer reviews. Don't do what I did. Avoid this product like the plague!

I bought a pair of their carry on and large aluminum luggage. I really like how they look and they've held up well after several trips.

Horrible customer service, ran an early bird special with pre ordereds so the bag was meant to be $585 instead of &685. By pre committing with a $25 pre order.

Their normal delivery charge is $55 outside of the states.

Then when the suitcases were ready to be ordered you are forced to buy. $ 120 premium shipping so in actually fact the promo only gives a savings of -$10.

Complete false advertising! Stay away from these scammers.
