Tuning Nightmare
The only problem is that the first string G broke immediately upon tuning- and so did the spare string.
No local stores carry lute strings. Stuck with a broken,
but beautiful lute.

I love the sound of the harp but not…
I love the sound of the harp but not the experience with the client service, i'm steel waiting for the invoid, whi?. I want to say that the sound of the harp is bether than the old one, but the thini strings are breaking and i have no trings to repair it.

Sold a faulty African black flute…
*In response to supplier response. You spoke to me once. Where you accused us of dropping the flute. It has no marks on it. We have entire band class and teachers to witness that it wasn't dropped or your new accusation of bent? I tried to call you multiple times since and no answer. You have the flute over 3 weeks!! Not customer service"
My husband bought a African black flute for my son. The flute is faulty, it would not come apart, after having it for 5 weeks. We sent it back to the shop and have been waiting 3 weeks, calling and emailing. When I called he tried to say the flute was dropped even though there isn't a mark on the flute. Luckily we took pictures before we sent back. The flute doesn't even have a mark on it. My son was with out a flute for his Dublin Fleadh, competition. Very bad customer service.

Hi Deirdre, As you know we have been in touch in consistent correspondence with yourself and your husband and we mentioned that two of our luthiers reviewed the instrument as you've had the instrument for 5 weeks and must have assembled and disassembled it many times when your son used it. As we have never had "any problems" with this instrument as we have sold thousands of them. Both of our luthiers came to the conclusion that the cracking was caused by excessive angle force. If it was a manufacturing fault, you clearly would not have been able to assemble and disassemble it to put it back into the case over the previous 5 weeks. As a goodwill gesture, we have mentioned in our correspondence to you several times that we are trying to source a part that may fit the instruction, but this is not guaranteed.

Smooth International Purchase of Camac Hermine Harp
In Spring 2025, I ordered a Camac Hermine Harp from Muzikkon and had it delivered to my home in the United States. Because this was the most expensive item that I've ever purchased online and also my first time navigating an international delivery, I was definitely nervous about the whole process. But everything went beautifully. The harp arrived in perfect condition, and I absolutely love it. The Bodhran is as wonderful as it was described.
The making looks perfect to me. It has a nice low boom.
Although delivery was delayed by a strike (none of your responsibility), the day of arrival was a good one !

Great Instrument and worth the wait
Great Instrument and worth the wait! Pre-order and some holdups with delivery had me waiting for my instrument for roundabout 2 months. During that time I got multiple Updates regarding the delivery date and the reasons for the wait.
The package arrived in good condition this week and I'm excited to play my instrument for the years to come!
Also very helpful staff that answered all my questions via Mail in less than a day.

Die Diskantlaute hat einen sehr guten…
Die Diskantlaute hat einen sehr guten Klang. Die Wirbel sind gut gearbeitet, halten fest. Die Saitenlage ist optimal. Die Saiten klirren und schnarren nicht. Das Instrument ist gut spielbar. Der Saitenabstand an der Brücke ist genau passend.
Tipp: Ich stimme die Laute bei neuen Saiten einen Halbton tiefer und warte einen Tag, bis ich sie genau stimme, um die notwendige Dehnung der Saiten abzuwarten.

After some playing: The sound of the dulcimer is rather sharp; it needs some adjustments. Rhe bone bridge and combe are replaced by teak wood, an other were installed. Quite a difference.strings
The description online is perfectly correct. Ordering and paying very easy. Order was shipped quickly, and information about shipping progress very clear. Item was wrapped carefully, arrived quite fast.
Quality of the item is good; well constructed with good materials.

Great instrument, great service, ideal experience
The quality of the student's lute is extremely high, and the price is extremely competitive. Andy (the guy I interacted with) answered all my messages promptly and all my inquiries exhaustively. He was also very nice and very HONEST. When they were about to ship the lute, they noticed a small blemish on its soundboard, and even though it was merely aesthetic and had no consequence on the production of the sound, they immediately let me know and asked me if I still wanted to buy the instrument at a small discount or preferred to cancel my order. I opted for the discount (we actually ended up agreeing on a slightly higher discount than the one initially proposed). And only a few days I received a wonderful lute—incredibly quickly, considering that it was shipped in Ireland and I live in the U.S. Great instrument, great service, ideal experience!
