Ordered something 2 weeks ago , hasn't arrived, tried to leave 2 voice messages unable to do so as voice mail box full..
Have sent email 2 days ago and they said they would look into it, have had no response

Great communication and did everything they could to ship my equipment on time.

Do not take the chance of ordering from this fake shop, you probably wont receive your order.
I ordered an item which said 3-5 days dleivery time, 7 days later i messaged on the chat system to ask what was happening, no respoinse 3 days later.
sent an SMS to the number listed on the website and no response 2 days later, found another number and sent an sms, got a response almost immediately saying the item had just been received in stock and would be sent out next day (friday) contacted again on tuesday and received no reply.
Order status didnt change, item was never sent.
Nothing but lies and false promises from a shop that has no stock.
I requested to cancel the order, no response, filed a Paypal claim and they refunded me.
All in all i wasted 2 weeks of my life ordering from these scam artists.

Very disappointed with the tone block sound. Terrible . No depth or richness at all . Sounds like hitting a piece of ply wood .

Hard to deal with.
Customer service was poor.
Happy with the product though.

Ordered 22nd Sept, it’s 17th Oct. No item received.Just shy of a month.

Took a little longer than expected to arrive and not in a Schaller branded package. Otherwise 5 Stars 😊

Looking for a specific bass amp, Musicman had the best price and cheap shipping. Frank let me know when it came in and, true to his word, freighted it the next day.

It arrived. I love it. The neighbours, not so much. :)

Still no product very nearly a month later, then I get asked to fill out a survey regarding my experience…. IF I am going to get my purchase, it is a slow, slow process…..

Twelve days from placement of order and Australia Post were notified of pending dispatch by seller, another 10 days and still not available for collection by Australia post
I have purchased goods from Yamaha music and Derringers music and have received the goods within 5-7 days.
Service is dreadful, communication is non existent.

The Peterson clip microphone I ordered over 4 weeks ago has not arrived and after having left several messages on voice and email I have not received any response from Muzic Man.

Nice harmonica. A little hard to blow for a child on some holes but should loosen up with use.

A very prompt and straight forward service, I was for a very short time in Aus and I got my stuff perfectly on time, the product surpassed my expectations

Keep being pestered with filling in a survey. Accessing your website to check the product whereabouts seems like a circular loop and I still don’t have my product. Next time I will just go to the music shop in person and pay the $5 extra.
