Ive been playing since closed beta and they promised us so much and since then it has gone downhill fast. False advertising, stealing items we bought and cutting stuff they promised us like the market for ingame trading with other players. Their customer support is non exsistant and their people skills suck so bad they deserve to be put out of their misery :P

I have spend several dollars on this game, despite the game is full of bugs. Trusting that the developers was responsible enough to work things out over time. But alas.
After contacting the "support" again and again in order to make them correct the bugs, I have to say that I have come to the edge of my patience.
With no response from the support whatsoever (after nine tickets), with no fixing of the bugs and with no information about their doings and their plans at all, I have nothing to do than to terminate my trust in this company.
Even the director of the company, Mr. Dongfeng Wang, is impossible to get hold of. No contact phone number, no e-mail address, no nothing.
Shame, shame, shame.
