I did over 7 collabs with Mustard as a creator and made over $1000!
My friend told me about Mustard and recommended me to sign up to the app. The app itself is very simple, nothing fancy! I’ve made a few bookings and got accepted. The whole process was straight forward, they sent you a voucher and you walk in and get your dining experience, sometimes the restaurant representative reaches out via the messenger in the app. I have to post within 5 days of my visit and get paid within 2-3 days of submitting content. I have big following on Instagram and normally get paid $200-300 per reel, but the whole process is super long and sometimes I have to literally fight for my money with the restaurant. On Mustard I get paid around $150, sometimes $250 for a reel, but it’s way faster turnaround, so I’m pleasantly surprised.

Used Mustard for a few restaurants we have in Vancouver and it was a smooth experience. Their customer support service was really nice, these days it’s hard to speak to a real person! Abril helped me and she was really sweet and patient. I got amazing creators to come and dine at my restaurant at a fraction of cost compared to another agency we used before. I’m happy with the results so far!

I had a wonderful experience with Mustard even though I was initially skeptical of the influencer marketing! I did 3 months and booked great creators nearby, all local, who produced amazing content. It honestly saved me lots of time. I tried writing to them on Instagram, but they never responded to me... one creator that I booked independently came, consumed food, and never posted... I tried Mustard and was not expecting much, but it worked! Everyone who came produced very high-quality good reels, my Instagram grew in followers and is looking much better than when I started. I think I'll keep using them!

Initially, the team was helpful throughout the lead acquisition and training process. However, communication and support ceased once training was completed.

We encountered significant issues securing influencers who could accommodate our schedule prior to our opening, compounded by staff availability. The process of searching for and scheduling influencers ultimately resulted in weeks of lost time with no actionable results. The company wouldn't refund me, help me, and lied and said they extended my account but never did.

I’ve had a great experience using Mustard as a business owner. Finding and working with local creators can normally take a lot of time, but Mustard makes the whole process much easier.

What I appreciate most is the quality of the creators and how simple it is to manage everything in one place. We’ve been able to connect with creators who genuinely fit our business, create authentic content, and help us reach new customers.

The Mustard team has also been very responsive and supportive whenever we’ve needed help. It feels much more like having a partner helping with influencer marketing rather than just using another platform.

I’d definitely recommend Mustard to other local businesses looking for an easier and more effective way to work with creators.

The food was amazing, the service great, I loved every space and how delicious and fresh the food was.

Too many fake reviews on Yelp, so my friend recommended me to give influencer marketing a try. Within a week signing up on Mustard, I was able to get someone with a few thousand followers to visit my restaurant. The qualify of the video was good and she was able to get quite a bit of likes and comments. Overall a good experience. I will use it again as we build out our video presence.

Solid platform with a good selection of influencers across multiple geographies. We've used it for our clients who have a footprint across the United States and it's been a very cost efficient way to drive UGC + a good portion of content has been high quality enough to utilize on feed or in stories.

Mustard is an AMAZING platform for influencer engagement. Not only is the platform so easy to use, it is so reliable. I love the data you receive following each collaboration and the accountability of postings/ scheduling. Mustard has cut my time spent on influencers in more than half. The team (Lu and Taylor specifically) have been SO beyond wonderful to work with. They are so quick to respond when I have a question and helped me set up everything up step by step. I highly highly recommend businesses to use Mustard for a multitude of reasons, this review is just scratching the surface.

What stood out immediately was how local the influencers are. These weren’t random creators, they actually live nearby and already dine in the area, which made the content feel genuine. We had multiple guests mention seeing us on Instagram before coming in.

I had a subscription, and now it is charging me double the price of what I was paying before. Please tell me why

BOIIIIII TS MUSTARD IS SO MANGO TUFF BROOOO

Although I was accepted as a creator for Mustard, I found their interface to be poorly designed and challenging to use. They issued numerous alerts and notices to me, but were very slow in responding to any request I made for information or changes. My last interaction was having a reservation canceled with only a day's notice, simply for asking "IF" my reservation could be moved from 7 p.m. to 5 p.m. I would not recommend this program for other creators/influencers.

Mustard.love saved us a ton of money. We used to work with agencies for influencer stuff, but it was super expensive and half the time we had no idea if it was actually working.

With Mustard, it was way cheaper and we could finally see what the influencers were bringing in—profile visits, comments, even bookings. Everything was tracked, and it actually worked. We had people coming in saying they saw us on Instagram that same week.

Honestly, for the price and the results, it blew the agency stuff out of the water.

Been with them almost a month, not one influencer, and the ones they do give you have no association to the business you have. Stay away, save your money

they contacted me via email and again via IG about marketing with them so I hit them up. The guy on the phone Aaron was very pushy and told me he can get me the unlimited plan for $299 for the first month "to try". when all set and done, and payment was sent, he denied saying that he offered me the unlimited plan. they refused to honor it, and told me "if you refund with us then we will never work with you again due to policy". I refunded, and don't want to work with them again. I advise against them due to shady business practices right off the bat.
