Gerne wieder!

This shop is a scam. I ordered something, it had a label printed very quickly and from then on i never heard back again. It has been a month and i received 0 communication from them. Don't buy there.

They had in stock, sold and sent me something I was looking for in bigger stores that didn't have it. Respect.

Great place to get your home made guitar pedal equipment. Recommended

I have bought many pedals off Das Musikding, always great communication and super friendly. Pedals are great and will definitely be back again and again.

The order arrived quickly and the quality and price of the products was excellent.

Lieferung ging sehr schnell, Danke!

I placed an order two months ago that was listed on the website with a 3–7 day delivery timeframe, yet I still haven't received it. The seller either sends automated, canned responses or claims they will look into the matter, only to go silent for weeks. They provided a tracking number implying the order had shipped, but it was never actually handed over to the carrier. Later, they claimed the order was lost and have once again gone silent for weeks. The customer communication is simply terrible, and they completely ignore my requests for a refund.

Schnelle Lieferung, gute Preise und Auswahl an Produkten.

Ich kaufe bei Musikding.de seit 2016 ein. Schneller Versand. Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr schnelle Bearbeitung und ebenso schneller Versand - absolut überzeugend und uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!

Huge catalog and very good prices! I've placed three orders over the last two years. There was only one minor issue where a couple of pots were missing, but Klaus was incredibly helpful: I emailed him and he shipped the missing parts right away. Shipping to Italy took a bit longer only because it was around Christmas, which is out of his control. Excellent customer service, I will definitely be ordering again!

Fast service for a good price with unique products, what's not to like?

I’ve been a customer since 2017 and have placed numerous orders (including a tube guitar amp kit), pedal kits, components, etc.

The product catalogue is quite extensive and deliveries are generally on time.

On one occasion, some items were missing from an order, but a simple email to customer service was all it took for me to receive the missing items in my letterbox within a few days.

I will continue to order from them with complete confidence, and I highly recommend this experience!

Bitte weiter so!!!

A reputable business with high-quality products and good overall service. I’d be happy to shop here again. If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the processing time. It’s on the longer side. But I’m a repeat customer, so that’s just a minor part of the overall great experience
