I strongly advise artists and music creators to stay away from MusicDigi.

I paid around $20 USD for a membership because the platform promised royalty earnings and monetization opportunities. My music has generated hundreds of thousands of views over more than one year, yet my account balance is still stuck at only $30, while the minimum payout is $50.

Based on the actual traffic and streams, my earnings should realistically be well over $1,200 by now. Something clearly does not add up.

What is even more frustrating is that their support team never replies. I have sent multiple messages and received no meaningful response at all. The platform keeps collecting revenue from creators while delaying or avoiding payouts.

In my experience, MusicDigi appears to be scamming artists out of their royalty money. Transparency is extremely poor, payment calculations are suspicious, and customer support is basically nonexistent.

If you are a musician looking for a trustworthy distribution or monetization service, I recommend choosing a more reputable platform instead of risking your time, money, and music here.

Do not waste your money on this platform. I upgraded to their "Pro Plan" specifically because they advertise "Super Fast Delivery" and premium features. It is a complete lie.

My track has been stuck in "Pending" status for a long time with zero updates. I have received no review, no response from support, and no service for the money I paid.

They take your payment instantly but then completely ignore you. This is not a professional distribution service; it feels like a total scam designed to trap artists. Save your hard-earned money and your music—stay far away from MusicDigi. I don’t want other artists to face the same frustration and loss that I am experiencing.

Don't be fooled by the 5-star reviews you see here—they are clearly fake or manipulated to hide the truth. Most real users are experiencing the same 1-star nightmare I am. A legitimate company doesn't ignore paid 'Pro' customers while having a 60%+ failure rate in their reviews. These positive ratings are just a cover for their scam.

MusicDigi is a scam company and all the reviews here are fake reviews. And they don't pay. Even if they take down content, that's it. They don't take down, they are a fake company, no one should work with them. I have emailed them, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, I have sent messages everywhere, they don't respond.

Easy to use, and a great experience overall.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. IT DIDNT ALLOW ME TO LABEL MY OWN SONGS AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SO YOU CANT CONTACT ANYONE AND THEY OVER CHARGED ME BY $10.

Great service! I’ve tried several distributors before, but MusicDigi is the only one I truly trust. Everything works perfectly, and they actually care about artists.

Really disappointing platform

A todas esas personas que hablan bien de esta plataforma es porque aun tienen esperanzas de que al momento de que supuestamente les reflejen ganancias las verán, tengo para decirles que nunca verán un mensaje de esta plataforma, nunca.

se roban las regalías, no responden mensajes, ni siquiera un mensaje de promoción, el único mensaje que verán en sus correos será la confirmación de pago al momento de adquirir su membresía.

Poorly maintained and buggy website, inconsistent communication, high prices. They were also audacious enough to show me that my page was canceled and then charge me a year later. Don't use these cons.

Had my submission rejected, tried to speak to customer support about it but have no one responding to an email after 19 days. Trying to get a refund but not hearing anything from the support team.

3 days back I buy Plan but after some time our mind change and they are not refunding us. Even not replying
