The personal communication and regular updates on progress of my order was the best I’ve had anywhere.

Great service, totally satisfying

I recently ordered a dress Noor Symphony from Musferahsaad. Everything was dealt with meticulously. Starting from putting the order in, collecting each and every detail and right up to the quality assurance and delivery. Initially, the fashion consultant was Adeeba, and later Sunil. The dress was beautiful and intricately done. Very happy with the service. Will definitely order again.

Really happy with my outfit. The quality and stitching were great and it looked exactly like the pictures. Delivery was smooth and Tehreem was really good at keeping me updated throughout. Would definitely order again.

Hi, I'm writing this review for the good people at Musferah Saad. My sister has her wedding in the next month. I had listened about their class service and top notch fabric quality in the UK too. I was travelling so i contacted their consultant Sunil. He really helped me out in choosing the perfect gift outfits for my sister. When i went to their studio in Lahore, they catered me real well. I would 100% recommend everybody to get their pretty collections

Really good customer service and designs. Will definitely order again.

The service was excellent! I received my outfit on time. Inshallah i will order again. Musferah and saad doing great job. And special thanks to tehreem fo giving me timely responses and keeping me updated

I wanteed to write this review to share my experience with MusferahSaad :)

I ordered 3 dresses for my wife for three different days of a wedding we had to attend, she was really happy with the purchase! The design, colour and style was everything as per their website. Their Fashion Consultant Saba helped me select the right dresses for my beloved wife.

I was updated regarding the status of my order every week and the order arrived right on time!

Thank you for the excellent service!

Will be ordering more Inshallah!

I would give them -5 stars. They are pure fraud. Bad fabric quality. Absolutely worst stitching and embroidery. There is no hand work. The clothes are a piece of shit. You'd rather create a mop out of it then wear it.

I ordered three outfits, Crimson Rose, divine whisper and olive taupe color outfit. Their lead designer.Adeeba was helping me. unfortunately she did not listen to what I needed and kept repeating her ‘customer service script’. They send me quality assurance video, and I pointed out to them that the outfit does not look nice. Anyways my outfits arrive in the US and they were a piece of garbage, the fabric, the stitching and overall quality was nothing as stated on the website. I am unable to use those outfits which I had spent more than $600. I’ve been trying to reach them with my complaint and there is zero response. They have been a complete fraud in my case.

DO NOT ORDER from this website. They are fraud. They will send you simple version of the dress. Simple dupatta, simple less work dress. Their customer team also incompetent. I ordered 2 unstitched luxury lawn dresses. I am highly disappointed. Never ever gonna order. My biggest mistake

I decided to leave a review after a not so great experience with delivery over a year ago ( I was compensated with discount for future purchases) since then I have ordered from them twice , communication has been outstanding throughout the process of order to delivery, there pieces are unique and well made and my order for Eid ul Adha is here on time also. Since my initial order it’s clear they have made massive improvements in keeping their clients informed and involved throughout the ordering process
Well done Musferah Saad !
