Ordered wallpaper from Munks and me and…
Ordered wallpaper from Munks and me and I am so impressed. Initially the measurements we sent were wrong and emailed to amend. This was corrected by m&m and at no additional cost with the extra amount added. The paper arrived and was very easy to follow with the guide. Wallpaper quality is great as well.
Easily installed and looks fabulous.

Amazing wallpaper and service!
We had a fantastic experience with Munks and Me, from ordering multiple samples to installing the feature wall in our baby's bedroom. We decided on the African Safari Wallpaper Mural and could not be more thrilled!! The order process was straightforward and the delivery was super quick (UK based).
The wallpaper is BEAUTIFUL. The design is gorgeous, the quality is premium and it was super easy to install. We will definitely use Munks & Me again if we have another baby or if we ever move / redecorate. Highly recommend 😊

Bought samples of the wallpapers
Bought samples of the wallpapers, complete waste of money in my opinion. Something that you pay for you expect to at least get the whole pattern in the sample, however they were tiny and literally did not give any more clarity on choosing a design then the online pictures. Do not bother paying money for them

Hi Denni
Thank you for your order and review, we really appreciate all our customer feedback. Your feedback has been noted and although not launched yet, our samples will soon be changing from A4 to A3, and will include scaled versions of our repeat patterns and murals.
We would be happy to provide a larger sample, so please get in touch if we can help!
The sample which I paid for was so…
The sample which I paid for was so small that I couldn’t get a good indication whether the wallpaper was what I wanted. When paying for a sample I expect a larger piece than A4.

Hi Katrina
Thank you for your feedback. We welcome all of our customers feedback, it really helps show us what we're doing well and where we can make improvements!
You will be pleased to know that the size of our samples will in fact be changing to A3 very soon! In the meantime, if you would like us to send you an A3 sample, please email us at hello@munksandme.com and we would be happy to arrange that for you.
Worth it and recommended, beautiful paper!
The wallpaper is absolutely gorgeous, high quality, and the design is beautiful. We are so pleased with how the bedroom was transformed thanks to this paper. Thank you to the munks and me team. It was also delivered fast.
The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars, it’s because for the price point I thought it was stick and peel, which is not. However, after I purchased the wallpaper glue, it was a smooth gluing process.

Hi Dianny
Thank you for your review, it really means a lot to us and we're so pleased we were able to help transform your space, and quickly!
Thank you for your comment on our paper not being peel and stick, that is welcome and duly noted.
Thanks again!
Terrible customer service
After now reading the other reviews I can see that they seem to send the wrong sample/wallpaper ALOT. I informed them of their error on 11th dec, still had not received the correct sample by 19 dec so emailed again to let them know didn’t get a reply until 31 dec, on 21 dec I just reordered and paid for it again which now seems abit foolish as none have arrived.

Hello Dom,
Thank you for your review, we take our customer feedback very seriously, and welcome all our customers comments and feedback.
We are very sorry to have sent you an incorrect sample, this is certainly not a regular occurrence and the sample numbers were simply mixed up in error when being packed.
Once we were made aware of the error on 11th December, the correct sample was resent out to you. Unfortunately due to the volume of deliveries at that time, domestic deliveries were severely delayed, which we do apologise for. We shut down from 20th December until the 6th January, so we were unable to send your new sample order out until we returned on 6th January. Your second sample has now been sent out, so you should receive that very soon.
Our sincere apologies for the delay in delivery, we will work closely with our delivery partners to ensure we offer the very best service to our customers.
DO NOT BUY!!
DO NOT BUY!!! Poor quality paper for the price, they sent me the wrong picture and will not refund me. Customer service has been awful!

Dear Tilly
Thank you for your review, I'm so sorry that you are disappointed.
We print our wallpaper to the exact dimensions that are ordered, and in some cases the final panel is not printed to it's full width, as it is printed to the width ordered, which may not necessarily be a fully printed panel.
I do hope this helps.
Thank you
Wrong Order, No Contact Details
Sent us a totally different order instead of what we purchased. No contact number to talk to anyone. Not sure if this is some drop shipping company scam .....Will update my review if this is fixed quickly and is a genuine mistake or not
UPDATE: They did respond in the end and did supply the correct wallpaper on the second attempt which was as expected. I would probably buy again but they need to have better way of contacting them. Maybe a business whatsapp or something.

On rare occasions samples can take a little longer to deliver through the postal service, but I do hope it arrived okay. If there is anything we can do to help further please feel fee to email us at hello@munksandme.com and we would be happy to help.

Is it a scam?
...I still can't decide. I (perhaps naively) was expecting a true sample of the wallpaper (especially considering the price paid +p&p) as opposed to a poor quality A4 printed copy with a disclaimer stating colours may vary. The sample looking nothing colour wise as advertised online, particularly the 'white' background. The reason for my sample request was so I could ensure it matched my son's bedroom/my vision before going ahead and purchasing the product itself. Something I don't think is unusual for anyone looking into sample options. Emailed the company directly last week to enquire, still no response 7 days later.

Svar fra Munks and Me
Dear Charlotte
Thank you for your feedback and sincere apologies for such a delayed response. I'm so sorry that you were disappointed with our sample. We mention that the colors may vary slightly between the sample and production, as different print runs can on occasion result in a very slight tonal difference, so we have to mention that to our customers. We can also change colors on our murals and provide color numbers to paint match, so I'm sorry that we didn't have the opportunity to do that for you.
If there is anything we can do to help, please feel free to email us at hello@munksandme.com and we would be happy to help.
Many thanks
Darran
