Update: My initial experience involved major delays, inaccurate shipping updates, and missing an important sales window for my business. After continued communication, MunchMakers acknowledged the failures and issued a $400 partial refund. The original process was frustrating, but they ultimately stepped up and resolved the matter.
Here is my original review:
I placed an order well in advance of their advertised 4/20 deadline and was assured it would be delivered on time.
On March 15, a UPS tracking number was created — but after contacting UPS directly, I confirmed the package was never physically handed off to the carrier. It remained in “label created” status for weeks.
From March 23 onward, I was told almost daily that they were “looking into it” and that I would receive a clear answer by the end of the day. That never happened. Instead, I received repeated vague updates and shifting explanations.
At one point, I was told:
• The tracking number was valid and in transit
• Then told a replacement might be sent
• Then told the original shipment was still valid
• And finally, admitted the package was never actually shipped
This back-and-forth went on for weeks.
I also had ongoing issues getting access to my account, which were never resolved despite multiple requests.
Additionally, custom packaging that was promised alongside my order was not produced on time, with no clear communication.
I had to involve my bank and file a dispute to protect my business.
As a small business owner, this situation directly impacted my ability to fulfill customer orders and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
As of today I still haven’t recieved my trays OR custom packaging.
Recommendation:
Verify that your order has actually been handed off to a carrier — not just that a label was created. Do not rely on estimated delivery dates without confirmed scans.

real failure on our side, not a UPS issue. The label was generated but
our vendor never physically handed it off until we escalated, and we
should have caught that on day one instead of three weeks later.
Your trays and grinders did finally ship out and were delivered on 4/13
(UPS 1Z9Y38400325850822) — we know that's well past your 4/20 window
and doesn't undo what it cost your business. We can also confirm all
remaining items, including the custom packaging, were received as of
last week.
Update (4/27): We've since worked with Brandon directly to close this
out — issued a $400 partial refund for the timing and communication
failures, processed 4/26. Appreciate the dialogue.

Having no minimum order is a huge plus.

Unprofessional
This company is extremely unprofessional making promises they do not keep. They are now unresponsive to my emails and refusing to refund me for a product that I was supposed to receive about 3 weeks ago. I have been told for 3 weeks that my order was going to be shipped and I would be given my tracking information, though I have not received anything. When I asked for a refund, being my purchase was supposed to be shipped by the 21st of November, and I paid for quicker shipping and still nothing, no product, no refund and now no response.

Delivery Timeline: Prior to your order, we explicitly communicated that we could not guarantee delivery by your specific date due to potential unforeseen delays in international shipping. Our records show you acknowledged and accepted these terms when placing your order.
Communication & Support: Contrary to your experience, our records indicate we sent multiple emails and LinkedIn messages with your tracking information, which showed the products were on schedule to arrive before your event. We remained actively engaged throughout the shipping process.
Delivery Coordination: The tracking showed your package required signature confirmation through FedEx. Despite our attempts to alert you and FedEx's delivery attempts, the package could not be delivered due to lack of recipient coordination, which unfortunately caused the delay.

DISCLAIMER: Tomer will post your personal information openly on the internet if he does not like your honest review of your interactions with his company. Green Lunar, munchmakers.com’s parent company, is registered with the BBB in California so if my personal information is not removed from Tomer’s reply to this review, i will be seeking legal action in the state of California.
Rude, impossible to get in touch with, and obviously not the brightest person in the world running this company. i placed two orders, two weeks apart. i received my second order, but whenever i asked for updates on the first order i was ignored or sent information about a different order, sometimes not even my own.
i disputed the first order with my credit card and Tomer emailed me asking “what’s wrong with you” and said he reported me for fraud because he can’t seem to understand that i had two different packages and one of them is sitting in their warehouse with a tracking number (printed 4/14) but still has not been given to UPS for shipping, even though the products should have been ready on April 7.
Any phone number you call associated with this company does not actually get you speaking with anyone, and their claim that their products are made in the USA are false because the order i DID receive came from China.
Before placing an order with them, you may as well go straight to the source and avoid the rudeness and inattentiveness.
Tomer is undoubtedly going to respond to this review claiming that i’m rude and a bad customer, however in his haste to call me rude he sent American Express the proof they needed to see i indeed have not yet received the package i disputed the charge for.
he told me to never order from them again but i was never going to do that anyway and absolutely won’t be encouraging anyone else to.
update: like i said earlier, Tomer responded lying about what happened. Production time is 20-25 days, as stated on the website and in email correspondence. American express is already aware of the false fraud claim and has confirmed that they have the two tracking numbers associated with the two separate orders and they have confirmed that i only received one order.
i placed orders on march 3rd and march 17; i received the 3/17 order on 4/14 (the order in the screenshots Tomer has posted in response). My 3/3 order is still pending receipt by UPS, but Tomer seems to think disputing charges for products i never received constitutes fraud.
anyhow, find somewhere else to do your business to avoid being lied to, lied on, and a business owner who can’t differentiate between orders with distinct order numbers because.

Thank you for your order.
As clearly stated on our website, rolling trays require approximately 30 days for production in addition to shipping time. Your order was processed, produced, and shipped within our standard timeline. We answered all your emails within 1 business day.
After your items were shipped—including the custom rolling trays you requested—you filed a $700 chargeback for the full order, citing that the products didn’t arrive in time for your event. However, at no point did you indicate that your order was time-sensitive, and had you done so, we would have advised not to proceed with the order due to the production schedule.
Custom products made to order are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production begins, and certainly not after they have shipped. Filing a chargeback after receiving proof of production and tracking is not just unfair—it’s unprofessional.

Worst shopping experience ive had…
Worst shopping experience ive had online and the products are not worth the money.
This company says us based but then the items are made by a third party in china. So either they're not in the U.S or they never see the products they sell.
They take days to respond to emails, thats if they respond at all. At one point I wasnt even sure i was going to receive the items ordered.
The worst customer service, i think its a one man band with some dude sat in his living room ordering from china.
The products thamselfs were very disappointing, the astrays are tiny and pointless let alone the artwork issues on them. The joint holders are not worth it, again Artwork issues, the artwork is so small its barely visable. The grinders are poorly made, some with the magnets sticking out and some with poor threading so they dont screw up properly. No quality control what so ever and no customer service at all.
3 weeks after order before there was any sign of any items actually being shipped. I stupidly payed multiple shipping costs, my items were running late, yet munchmakers are that greedy and tight, they shipped all ordes in one box, kept the extra shipping payments and couldn't even send the parcel express even though they we're running late with the order.
No customers serivice

really Poorly finished products(no quality control)
Takes weeks to ship
from Chins not Us.
Complete lies in their responses to reviews about their service.
ORDER FROM THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
Better still, AVOID and order elsewhere.

A really angry and rude customer. We FedEx'd the order and it arrived in a week. Every email they sent us we responded within hours. All their messages were condensing and childish. They refused to provide us a shipping phone number which delayed shipping as we wanted to send with FedEx. Just no pleasing this type of customer. They asked us why we can't be more like Vistaprint, which is a billion dollar company. We are very good at what we do, but we are not a billion dollar company with 6000 employees, Bob. Best wishes and take care.
Edit: what a grinch. Claims it took weeks to arrive but the FedEx tracking shows one week delivery - the customer lives in a remote part of England so that's really fast. We are not local to England or Europe either. This guy seems to be having a bad holiday season and decides to take his anger out on us for some reasons. Sometimes there are customers that are rude and nothing will make them happy no matter what we do, such as delivering from Hong Kong to remote part of England in a week, we are still given a 1 star review. Despite the very unfair review, we still wish you a happy holiday season, Bob.

Best Service and Quality
We ordered grinders and rolling papers for our brand. The whole process was very smooth and the quality of the products was better than we expected at the prices. We have more dispensaries opening next quarter so will be sure to use MunchMaker again!
