I don’t really have an opinion.

The test itself was quick but the interface is problematic. I didn’t get my report after the payment and needed to contact customer support. By the time I’ve managed to log on and click to read the report, there’s a queue of 15 mins to open. I try to read it and immediately get prompted for a trustpilot review that I can’t seem to close until I’ve finished responding. Saying that customer support team were prompt to respond to my queries with clear instructions.

Do not use multitests.org. They are a pop-psychology style behavioural testing website for entertainment, but they have an extremely aggressive and non-refundable pricing model. In my books this equates to a predatory subscription scam.

If you follow through and pay the initial $1.25USD to access your test (after you've done all the questions). You will still have to wait 15 minutes "for a test to be generated" - or you can pay another sum of money to "access it now".

The terms and conditions essentially lock you out of ever being able to refund your money, and their satisfaction guarantee does not exist once you have completed the test.

As an example of the predatory nature of the tests, this is what is listed at the bottom of your welcome email:
"Your order details
We charged $1.25 USD ($0.65 for your test result, $0.60 for account activation).

Your order will appear on your bank statement as “MULTITESTS.ORG”.

A copy of your receipt is available here: View your receipt.

You can manage your account settings and unlock every other Multitests assessment by signing in to your member area.

If you need assistance regarding your order, you may contact our customer service team anytime at support@ multitests.org."

If you dig deeper into the receipt hyperlink, however, you will find:
"Your subscription automatically renews at the full price of $39.95 every 4 weeks until you cancel. To stop the next charge, please cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date at "multitests. org/cancel" or by contacting our support team at "support @multitests.org". You also have Multitests AI: free for 7 days, then $29.95 every 4 weeks, billed separately as "ai.multitests.org". Cancel it separately at "ai.multitests.org /cancel". Please note that in accordance with our Terms & Conditions all automated subscription renewals are non-refundable."

This means you have accidentally signed up for 2 seperate subscriptions, and will need to cancel 2 seperate things. It also means they will charge you regardless, and not refund your money.

This is their own clarification on their refund policy, note the login clause:
"I also want to clarify our 14-day refund policy, as it is sometimes misunderstood. The 14-day window is strictly applicable only if no digital content has been accessed. Because our system automatically logs you in and grants full access to the dashboard, results and assessment materials immediately upon completing the trial purchase, the statutory right to a refund is waived. We are therefore unable to process a refund for the current billing cycle."

I am simply appalled by the contractual games this website has orchestrated.
Having authorised the single first transaction ($1.25), I am now in the position were I figure most people end up, $100 out of pocket and furious.

Cost money then they make you wait

I expected for them to give me a list of career options I could get into for answering those questions, all it told me was just regurgitated garbage I already knew, and they don't even tell you that you have to PAY to see them until u wasted all ur time answering the questions until the end, and THEN you also have to wait 15 minutes to even look at it or pay an extra .60 cents to view it now, was an absolute waste of my time, do not use this website its useless and just a money grab.

Annoying ahh review

I’m not sure. I was forced to leave a review before I could finish reading my results.

Seems like quite the bait and switch that I cant even see my own results that Ive had to pay for until giving a review. Id rather give a review after seeing my results and actually having results to judge

This is a quick way to get an idea of wether it is worth seeking a diagnosis. There is a small fee and also the option to pay a small amount more if you want the results immediately, otherwise you have to wait 15 minutes.
