Our central heating system stopped working despite all the components continuing to function. So we called Mulgas. A blockage somewhere in the system was the probable cause. Antonio worked out where the most likely spot was. Pipework at that point was removed and found to be full of deposits. After reassembly everything worked. Well done Antonio!

Mulgas is a great company and provided excellent service. The office staff were friendly. Steve (our engineer) arrived on time and with a smile on his face. My overall experience was great. Finally! I've found a local company I'd use again and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you.

Mulgas recently completed a brand new central heating system installation and we couldn’t be happier. From the initial consultation through to the install it has been an extremely easy process and the communication has been excellent when we have had questions. George and Des worked flat out across the install, kept everything extremely tidy and were generally a good set of people to be around. Value for money was great and I won’t hesitate recommending Mulgas!

Mulgas were recommended to me by a neighbour when I was having issues with my heating system and needed a boiler service.
My experience with them from the initial contact with Kayleigh through to the site visit from Steve was first class. it is obvious this is a business that puts customer focus and service first. That in itself is often a rarity these days. the visit was arranged promptly with transparency about timing and who would be visiting.
I too will now have no hesitation in recommending this business to anyone.

I had 2 Mulgas visits last month - the first was to service my warm air heating. Giles did an excellent job as usual in a helpful friendly efficient manner.
I called them out again to replace my bath taps. Antonio did an excellent job in cramped conditions, replacing and resealing my bath panel too. He left my bathroom looking better than he found it. He also worked in a friendly, helpful, efficient manner.

Antonio installed a new central heating control unit with great efficiency. He worked non-stop and was extremely tidy, polite and friendly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mulgas and in particular Antonio.

Thanks for a smooth boiler service and gas safety certificate renewal. As every year, it's a pleasure dealing with Mulgas. They are professional, of good advice (and have in the past been able to repair things which other companies had advised to change), and easy to deal with from booking to any quotes for additional work required.

Mulgas were really great at helping me to decide on tbe best water heater for my needs. The engineer that came was on time, professional, friendly and really informative. I would highly recommend.

I had a problem where my central heating was coming on even in the hot weather. The engineer came & checked everything, he found the problem & had the spare part in his van, he explained the cost & then fitted the part. The engineer was very polite & explained everything, he wore a face mask & put shoe coverings on which was a nice touch.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone as they provided a very good service & a good price.

Really pleased we went with Mulgas. Starting with the quote from Dave, he has a real interest in doing a good job, turns out he’d been walking his dogs down our road for years and noting how other houses had their central heating installed, to when George turned up to do the work, very polite and did a really good job finished by the bricky bricking up the hole where the old boiler was so you couldn’t tell the old boiler had even been there. Needless to say I’d recommend these guys.

I was impressed by the way the engineer went about the jobs, he made a neat job of the gas hob piping, put the oven into place to ensure it fitted, he explained clearly the issue with the boiler and what needed to be done to rectify the problem and he fitted the new ball cock and tested the level of the tank up to the overflow to ensure there were no leaks. I am not an expert on gas fitting or plumbing, I do have an engineering background and I believe I am competent to make the assessment of the work done. Have always used Mulgas and never been disappointed. The cost was as the estimate.

New boiler, pump and Nest control system. Work was completed to a high standard. Minor problems discovered during the install were resolved without fuss. Delighted with the results. Punctual, clean and tidy. I would recommend Mulgas without any hesitation.

In Feb 2022 we decided to replace warm air heating with a Worcester Combi boiler and 6 radiators for our rental property. Mulgas price quotation was transparent, competitive and fair, Dave ( Manager)was very helpful in explaining and responding to my initial queries.
The 5 days project started in first week of May and completed in 4 days by George.
As an experienced DIYer I appreciate George high skill , professionalism and quality of the work, his positive attitude and long hour working.
