Hi Paula, thank you for taking the time to leave a review - I can only apologise you haven't received a response from us quite yet. We are working hard to make sure we respond to customers as quickly as we can during our busiest time. I have looked further into this and the parcel was despatched on the same day that it was ordered. Unfortunately this has taken some time to clear with customs. I have asked my colleague to reach out to the courier to find out more information, please bear with us.

On occasion, we might find that the item you ordered is no longer available. In the rare occurrence that this happens, we will sadly have to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Teurer Umtausch

Hi Thomas, thank you for taking the time to leave a review - I can only apologise we have been slow to respond. We are working hard to make sure we respond to customers as quickly as we can during our busiest time. Sadly we are only able to accept unworn boots unless they have a manufacturing fault.

My favourite boots
I have been wearing Muck Boots for years and am very satisfied. Last year I wanted to order another pair of my favorite model, but it was no longer in stock. Now the customer service has proactively informed me that it is available to order again. Great!
