Renting out broken bikes and not respecting hours.
It said they opened at 9. We phoned several times. They said "soon". Finally they appeared shortly before 10, and made no hurry.
They obviously don't check the bikes before renting them out (hand breaks not functioning among other things) and when I returned to have it fixed, they did not seem to know their way around a bike. Instead they took their (very good, slovenly) time to fetch another bike (with the handle bar in a really weird position, leaning inwards-downwards, which gave me wrist cramps in 30 minutes, but at the time I was SO stressed for time I was just happy for a bike with a hand break).
Their only upside is that they are centrally located.
Save yourself time and bother and look elsewhere.
My recommendation is to avoid them at all cost.
