MS Cookers and Boilers Anmeldelser

Very professional from the initial quote to finishing installing our new oil boiler. Richard was very good at communicating everything and ensuring no mess was left. Thanks

Friendly, polite & prompt service.
Annual boiler service all sorted without issue n great comms with appt confirmation, reminders & text to say on route 👍👍

Richard is a knowledgeable oil heating engineer who gave us a clear quote, turned up exactly as he said and with great communication.

From initial booking to follow up service everything was first class. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company. Friendly, efficient and competitively priced, I shall be using them again.

Richard has been been servicing my gas stove and central heating system (which he also fitted) for more years than I care to remember. He is utterly reliable, always answering or returning calls the same day. The quality of his work has always been flawless, and he is very respectful of our property. Very highly recommended

Had my Aga serviced. Replaced part that needed replacing. Good service and very reasonable price. Came back when it tripped out and resolved the issue quickly. Highly recommended

Lots of communication prior to the visit with reminders and ETA on the day.

Friendly service as well!

MS Cookers and Boilers came out on their same day when we had a problem with our hot water. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. Would definitely use them again.

Very good communication systems resulting in a job done effectively and efficiently. Richard works hard and puts his knowledge and skills to good use. We have an older house so he often has to problem solve and use his initiative. Excellent customer service.

MS cookers & boilers can not be faulted. Our annual gas Aga servicing from Richard was efficient as always. Michelle

Glad to have found A great local firm that can service my four oven aga
Booking was easy and the team kept me up to date by text from booking confirmation ,through to engineers time of arrival and finally to billing .
Richard was very competent and obviously used to working on AGA’s
Although it was a straight forward service I was left feeling if anything major went wrong with the appliance in the future then Richard was the man to sort this out
Prices were very competitive and well below any insurance plan I’ve had in the past for this appliance

Really happy with my new oil boiler. From explaining what was needed at the beginning of the process through to the fitting and completion, Richard has made the whole process seamless. He clearly knows what he’s doing and gets on with the job with no fuss. Richard has also serviced our aga for the first time which until he started looking at it it had not got to its correct temperature for years! Highly recommend Richard and his company!

Reliable friendly did a good job that’s - all we need isn’t it!

Always on time, reliable and tidy work

Great efficient service. Diagnosed the problem & was able to fix straight away. Engineer very knowledgeable about Agas Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I had an issue with the ignition on the aga and Richard made himself available to fix it the next morning.

Once again great service from Richard - fixing our old Aga. Reliable and friendly service.
