Mrs. Quilty Quality
I’m really enjoying my Mrs. Quilty subscription. I love the project ideas in the monthly books, which include easy to follow instructions with progress pictures to make your own creations. Each box includes plenty of quality fat quarters that are perfectly color coordinated, and extra gifts that so far are quite useful and genius. I’ve also reached out to their support team and each time, I received a timely, helpful response with plenty of information regarding the subject of my inquiry. The support team has gone above and beyond to ensure good business and that’s a great business!!

I have never sewn with a machine properly or done any quilting before so I was anxious incase in case I couldn’t do the projects . However, since subscribing to Mrs Quilty box I have learned so much. The contents of the box are superb, great quality. The step by step instructions are easy to follow and I also made use of the videos. I was still making mistakes though so I emailed customer services chat who gave me advice and encouragement. I will continue to subscribe to Mrs Quilty box as I know I need a lot of help . Thank you

Excellent customer service
I spoke to customer support as I was struggling to afford my box, the person listened to what I had to say and gave me a very generous discount. There is no pressure for me to continue if I am still struggling but does gives me breathing space to save for the next box. I love the boxes and all the inspiration and support from the Mrs Quilty team and the Facebook group. The fabric has a lovely feel and is wonderful to work with. I would say if you have been thinking about trying this quilting box a try, do it as in my opinion you will not be disappointed.

First off, the products are really nice quality. Recently I missplaced the instructions to one of my subscription boxes. I emailed customer service. Not only did they respond in less than an hour, but they emailed me the instructions so I could get working on my project. Outstanding support/customer service!
