Fast and easy. Great prices. Dope logo.

I made a test order just to see the experience ordering from the USA. In my surprise I had my order in 9 days. The order went so well, I immediately placed a larger order, and I will be ordering routinely / regularly solely from Mr. Snuff to keep stocked. They have made a lifetime customer. I have not dealt with customer service directly, but if it’s anything like their order processing and delivery team then everyone needs to order from none other then Mr. Snuff.

Great selection! Easy purchase

Great products and service. 🇨🇦

Poor , or no customer service

Mr Snuff is highly recommended
I cannot buy snuff in my country & buying from Mr Snuff always makes its way to me.

Easy to order, tracked shipping, great prices. I was a little concerned about shipping as I live in Canada and wasn’t sure about shipping tobacco products across borders. My order showed up at my door 20 days after ordering and was tracked the whole way.

All the sperience are very well

You guys and gals are absolutely the best✌️

Items arrived very well packaged and arrived quickly. No complaints from me whatsoever. Thank you. 😀

I have really enjoyed and felt the choices that are available, many interesting brands. Some hold up in the shipping process but I’m not too concerned. Thank you mr snuff.com!!

First of all: Reliability.
Secondly: Reliability.

MrSnuff is my go to for nasal snuff and snus. Huge selection with plenty of exclusive products. They also guarantee the cheapest prices online. My orders always ship within 24 hours. Customer service is second to none.

Big thanks to Jonny, Kay and everyone else involved. Hope the new warehouse brings bigger and better things.

I'm being asked for a review. Havent even gotten my product yet. Dhl says it's been sitting in GB since 5 days and hasn't moved. I'll know how the snuff is when/if it arrives. For now, 5stars. Why? Mr Snuff has it packed and out the door the day I put the order in. DHL? We'll see....

You have a great range of products and you always deliver quickly.

I mistakenly placed an order on your website (MrSnuff.com) on September 30, 2025. I would like to request immediate cancellation of this order. Unfortunately, I could not find any cancellation option in the account/order section of your website, so I am reaching out via email and review.

I submitted this cancellation request within 10 minutes of placing the order, so I kindly ask that you process this as soon as possible and confirm cancellation. If payment has already been processed, I request a full refund to the original payment method.

Please confirm once the order has been cancelled.

My order never arrived, and none of my emails received a response. I had to contact my bank for assistance in resolving the issue. They determined that the site was fraudulent and refunded my money. I do not recommend using this service.

Unfortunately I can't give a negative rating. It's been well over a year when my shipment got sent back and I have never got my refund . Customer service and company is horrible. DO BETTER
