Friendly staff, proper family business, really respect the grind and effort they give in. Awesome variety of rare sneakers, will be coming back for more

Great store fantastic selection and for decent prices….. how the **** I never knew this place existed is bonkers best trainers shop ever real talk

We have still not received the order so would appreciate it if you could contact us to determine next steps regarding fulfilling the order.

Service was very good. Staff were friendly and the shoes were in perfect condition. A lot of there shoes are also cheaper than at stock X

Good range of products and easy to use site. The customer service team were very quick to handle my query and very helpful. Quick delivery and the trainers are absolutely beautiful! Amazing condition. Very happy with the service and will definitely be using again.

Excellent and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to find you exactly what you want.

Good quality. Does what it says but they sender didn’t pay the correct postage fee (despite charging me) and I had to pay an extra £3.50 to the post office to release the package.

- Bad Customer Service / Unprofessional
- Shop Floor is all over the place, unorganised definitely a fire hazard.
- Over priced / Kick Game & Crep Select have better prices, with better customer service.

order hasn’t arrived 5 days after order with next day delivery

Bang on trainers and delivery. Would recommend

Staff were nothing short of amazing. So helpful, pleasant and went the extra mile to secure a pair of sneakers in the right size. These guys rock and made the whole sneaker shopping experience one to remember. Customer service above and beyond the best. Would thoroughly recommend anyone to shop here for sneakers. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys.

I give mr sneaker 5 stars all the way friendly and very helpful from start to finish. If I could give 10 stars I world highly recommend. And now I have one very happy son thank you very much .

Do not buy anything from this shop as it is a scam and these reviews are fake they will sell you fake trainers and the only way to get back your money is to take them to court as I will be soon. They will let you try on a real pair but when you leave the shop you would have a fake pair in your box. I have the receipt. Loveing your customer service.

shopped here a few times good knowledge always helpful

There's not much to say except everything was easy. I ordered and was provided with pretty decent tracking information, I could see where my order was on a map in real time (once despatched). My order arrived well packaged and on time. The trainers were exactly as expected. Will use again.

Amazing turn around time for my order, shipped and delivered super quick. Just the quality of my item was imperfect, frayed laces and slight scuff marks on the leather. Disappointed considering the price I paid for the item.

Received Jordan’s within a couple of days - very pleased
