Mr Reactive Anmeldelser

Very happy with the service. The engineer took time to explain what he was doing and recorded everything on a digital report.
He also topped up the boiler, increased the hot water pressure and cleaned the in-line filter. I will be using Mr Reactives services again and would highly recommend.

The lad turned up on time, kept me informed on his journey, I had 4 so called gas engineers in and couldn’t sort my issue, Mr reactive came in and with in 15 mins had my hot water and heating working. Lovely lad really respectful and cleaned up after himself. It’s a shame I do home renovations I would have had him on board unfortunately he’s employed. Best gas engineer I’m met ticks all the box’s.

Fantastic service and was very eager to find solutions to the various problems. A+

Excellent work, found the fault and had the part so everything sorted in record time

Excellent service, polite and friendly. Kept in contact regarding appointment and when he will be arriving.

Excellent job, cleaned up after himself, would highly recommend.

We contacted to get a repair to our boiler, response was very quick, really friendly guy would definitely recommend.

Had Mr Reactives engineer out very professional and polite. Got to the source of the problem even though the previous engineer from another company diagnosed it as something else. Resolved the issue promptly a huge credit to his firm a real gem. Keep up the good work.

Great service from MrReactive and service Technician Tamrez.

Problem with our boiler and hot water and from calling our insurance company to visit was less than 2 hours.

Tamrez was very knowledgeable and courteous fixing the problem in 1hour.

Thank you so much.

Excellent service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Really impressed with how he stuck with the problem late into the evening until it was completely sorted. I would highly recommend MrReactive!

Tamraiz and Salman are great ambassadors for Mr. Reactive. Tamraiz isolated the problem within minutes, located the leak and fixed it. Extremely professional and direct. I will be using their services in the future and will ask for these two gentlemen. Thank you for your amazing service.

Boiler issue sorted quickly on a Sunday. Service was good. Good communication. Turned up as expected

Brilliant Service From Start To Finish
The Engineer Rang Me Giving Heads Up Attending My Home, He Said He Will Be with Me Next 45mins Around 2pm. I explained To Him I Have School Run At 3pm & Will Be Home So Please Arrive @3.30pm Very Polite & Understanding, He was Prompt On Time (Unlike Previous Experiences with Plumbers Not Turning Up Or 3 Hours Late). The Chap Repaired The Boiler Leak & Funny sounds It Was Making On The First Visit.
Many Thanks😊
