the product wasn't delivered. it's been over 4 months. i ordered before and got my product. however, i work for the post office. the packing that my stuff was delivered was inferior. you can barely read the address and because of the paper wrapping it would be easy to get lost/damaged in the postal system mechanisms.

I made a order on April 27,2023 and have not received any shipping information. I tried contacting this company at the email address they provided. Everytime it comes back as mail delivery denied address not found. They don't seem to have a phone number to call so apparently I have just lost $50.

Absolute horse S**t. In 2019 i ordered a necklace and still haven't gotten it. Got scammed hard

I ordered a pendent...got a totally different one from what I ordered.

Not impressed and the fact they are pretty much ignoring me when I want answer has to what we gonna do is not helping.

Do NOT buy anything from mr peachy. It is mr cheaty or mr Scamy. You will NOT receive your item or you will receive a different fake one. They will ask you to return back the item to London to make refund. I am going to sue them whatever this would cost. I have emails that would convict them and close their scam business forever.

Don't buy from this retailer! They sent me a size 2XL instead of a L. Then demanded I pay for shipping to send it form Australia to London in order to get a refund.

A SCAM

I can’t believe that I didn’t look for the reviews first. I was in a hurry to order Christmas, so I was scammed. I ordered around Thanksgiving and am positive that I will never receive my items.

Imagine my surprise when reading the reviews my heart sank. Actually some of the singlets I ordered arrived but wait too good to be true. You bet! How could two XL singlets fit into a bag that is easily pushed into my mailbox? I’m with the majority this is a web site that is shy of a scam. They surely can’t be serious with XL sizing that I would call SM at the very best as I could barely get it over my head.
What a joke and stop taking money for products that are not true to label. Sadly I have five more items that could arrive and they will all be the same.
A blatant rip off don’t trust this site.

FO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST. I was an idiot and should have read the reviews first but I ordered a watch for my 8 year old son that he wanted for his birthday and never arrived. They were rude in email and said ‘it had already arrived’. I received NOTHING and my sons so disappointed.
I will report these in anyway I can.

well, i have to disagree with all the other folks who had a bad experience. i ordered Luxury Natural Tiger Eye Stone Bracelet 2Pcs and got it. it was beautiful. many complements on the quality of the item. i'm serious. it came about 4 weeks after i ordered it. they have a window of 5 weeks. i'm in the process of buying 2 more pieces.

If I could do 0 stars I would never received anything but worse part is They actually pretend to resend items or offer to refund then don’t answer !!!

I ordered a backpack which took 18 days to arrive. Unfortunately, after waiting for this long, the backpack looks nothing like what I ordered. This is a scam as the pictures are very misleading and different than the actual product.

I placed an order on the 13th. Within 5 minutes I emailed them to make sure. It was cancelled and didn't go thru. Since it said do not honor. The next day they told me they couldn't find my order. I cancelled my card to ensure they wouldn't take money. Out of my account then they told me. They couldn't cancel my order. Since they hadn't heard from me. I have all my emails providing them with info. They requested from me which I sent to them. Since they're going to try and force the order to go thru now. I will be filing a claim with my bank. Along with the BBB hate I ordered from them. But I cancelled within 5 minutes of ordering. They don't want to cancel the order now at all. So the fight begins. How they're still in business I don't know. This is a scam site online it says. Yet they're allowed to do this to ppl still not right at all. Hope this helps someone

Avoid this website at all means. They are scammer's that will take your money and send you something completely different from what you ordered. I ordered my husband a raven Odin warrior stainless steel wolf head necklace for father's day what I received in the mail completely different. A nock of the necklace that I ordered. DO NOT ORDERER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY....

Same as everyone else here. Ordered a ring over two months ago. Never received.

Ordered a product on 18 Feb 21, waited a month, nothing, emailed them, got a standard excuse back "Please accept our deepest apologies for inconvenience with this order. We shipped your item long time ago but sometimes items get lost in post. Do you want... replacement... or full refund?" This email exchange repeated a month later in late April: nothing, same excuse via email. This is their game: excuse and delay and maybe you'll give up with nothing but they already have your money. I reported them to Paypal and Paypal promptly refunded me the amount I paid. Happy with a professional Paypal, disgusted with a dishonest and criminal MrPeachy. FAKE corporate address: 1 Wilmot, Tucson, Arizona, USA is a traffic intersection and phone number (in Montreal, Canada) is not connected to Mr Peachy... go figure : )

I have never experienced such problems with online shopping in my life. I ordered a crystal glass cup for my fiance and waited 2 months before it got to me. I emailed their support center and they assured me it was on the way and not lost. I waited for this glass to come and finally after 2 months of waiting it came. I opened the package to see not a crystal glass cup but a plastic piece of junk. I immediately emailed them and wanted a return and full refund. They would not reply to my emails unless i sent them 2 or 3 times and I have yet to get my refund. I would not recommend this site to anyone and if i could leave a rating of 0 i would do so. This website is full of false advertising and they are stealing money from people. Do not shop off of this site!

I’ve bought a second ring from them (the first one arrived within the time frame and is exactly what you pay for) and the second ring has never arrived. I’ve asked for a tracking code, no tracking code provided so they’ve offered to reship it. Again, no tracking code and months later I have asked for a refund. They’ve promised a refund were processed and should take up to a shocking 10 business days. This is now over 10 business days and I’m yet to receive any sort of email or my refund. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Never received my item or my refund. Terrible customer service. They take your money and never provide an item. Do not buy from here. I will now have to file a claim with my bank.
