Do not trust Mr O Casino if you expect basic customer respect. I deposited my own real money in good faith after being explicitly told by their staff that a cash deposit would restore my promotional eligibility.What followed was an absolute masterclass in terrible customer service:The Ghost Protocol: After depositing, my promo page remained blacked out. Live chat couldn't fix it. I emailed support as instructed and was completely ignored for over 4 hours.The Escalation Lie: I went back to live chat. An agent named Nicholas told me to resend the email and promised an immediate escalation. Another 2 hours passed in total silence.The Pit Boss Weapon: After going nearly 8 hours without a single response on a simple question, I wrapped up the chat logs and emailed Pit Boss Richie out of sheer frustration. I politely noted that if they couldn't be bothered to answer a paying customer, they might as well close the account.The Trap: Instead of fixing the issue or routing it to a manager, Richie used my words as a legal escape hatch. Within 15 minutes, he dropped the hammer and permanently locked my account under the guise of an "account closure request."When my mother went onto live chat the next day to ask how to file a formal complaint against the Pit Boss, the live chat agent (also using the name Richie) completely stone-walled her and instantly closed the chat window the second she mentioned filing a dispute on LCB.They took my money, made me chase them for 8 hours, and then threw me out the door because I dared to ask why I was being ignored. They run a volume-heavy, zero-respect operation. Play at your own risk.

I am absolutely furious with this so-called casino. It is beyond me how this place can continue after the scams it has played and gotten away with. If there is ever a class action suit against this business please put my name at the top. You will not get your winnings from them so don't even waste your time. Overall good site , customer service not bad

been playing at Mr.O Casino for a while. Had no complaints until my VIP transfer was approved pending $200 one time deposit after making said deposit no word for over two weeks first week contacted customer support. They told me they would look into it and to send an email which I did week two same no VIP status no explanation one last note customer service representative all seem to be vague, uninterested, annoyed, and downright rude. Spend your money elsewhere.

If you actually claim a few of these “free bonuses” that have a ridiculously high play through amount and maximum cash out of $30 or $50 actually are used against you if you win. They will label you as a “bonus hunter” and refuse to give you any additional bonuses.

Forgot my password spent thirty minutes online customer only to be told same stuff refresh page etc none of it worked tried again this week talked to Owen customer service he was more of the same refresh page clear cookies etc none worked again so I ask could he rest password or delete account so I could start over he tells me this is the only way to reset password.
