Mr. Lodge GmbH Anmeldelser

Outstandingly professional advice, top photo shoot, swift digital processing and precise contract procedure - I couldn't be happier. Thank you very much Mr. Lodge for the exceptional rental of my property. Professional and helpful communication, many thanks to the whole team. Rightly the leading provider on the short term furnished rental housing market!

Absolut empfehlenswert

It was a very good experience!
My consultant was very supportive

Mr. Lodge GmbH made my apartment search in Munich an incredibly smooth experience. Their team was highly professional, responsive, and attentive to my needs, helping me secure a fantastic apartment in no time. The selection of apartments was impressive, and their local knowledge truly made a difference. From the initial search to finalizing the rental, everything was handled seamlessly, and I always felt well-supported. I’m extremely happy with the service provided – Mr. Lodge exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my new home. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality housing in Munich!

The entire process was smooth, from first contact to signed contract. But what I was most impressed with was the aftersale support.

Searched for a temporary apartment in Munich, it was very tough but I was sucessful using Mr. Lodge. Good support from staff, everything went fine, even if I didn´t visit the apartment prior to signing contract.

I had a great experience with Mr. Lodge! The apartment was fully furnished which helped me when I first moved to the city. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, handling all the details efficiently. I can recommend this agency for anyone looking for a hassle-free apartment search!

Everything always runs perfectly. Organization of the final cleaning, acceptance and handover of the apartment

Anna Dokter, I would like to thank her.
She helped me in the selection very professionally. The apartment matched the photos and I didn't even look at it before moving in. The entire search, support, and signing of the contract with the landlord were online, which is very convenient when living in other regions of Germany.

I am totally satisfied with the result of renting process (speed of finding customer, pricing etc), but the technical support has deteriorated. I live abroad, so I need assistance in resolving problems like repairing things, arranging some installations. In my case the exhaust system Bora was not working and a dryer should have been installed. In none of this small issues Mr. Lodge could help. Ok, I saved my money by arranging technical services with Bora directly and asking my friends to buy a dryer and installation in Saturn. The question is why Mr Lodge was unable to do this. The technical support for small repairs was also required but it passed 2 weeks and nobody has contacted my tenant so far. Actually, in my situation I pay a lot of attention on such things, that I don’t need to worry about flat maintenance being far away. For about 10 years I am a client of Mr. Lodge and this is the first time I have encountered such situation.

Top Service, in 10 Jahren keinerlei Probleme

😁😀😄😃😀😃😄😁😃😀

Mr. Lodge is a very professional real estate company. In September, the housing supply in Munich was very tight. With the help of the company, I was able to rent a satisfactory house in just one month. Specifically, there are the following points: firstly, a dedicated person is responsible for communication and coordination, avoiding unnecessary trouble; Secondly, recommend relevant properties based on the specific situation of the renter, saving time and cost, and avoiding blind viewing of properties by out of town renters due to unfamiliarity with the local conditions;Thirdly, the information communication with landlords and renter is very timely, accurate, and efficient, playing a good role as a bridge; The fourth,after-sales service is particularly comprehensive, making renters feel very reassured and reducing their worries

Ich arbeite schon seit über 7 Jahre mit Mister Lodge zusammen und nutze immer den Full Service. Alles hat bisher immer super funktioniert. Daumen nach oben und absolute Empfehlung.

I think Mr Lodge is a very good option if you are moving from abroad and quickly and easily want to find a furnished apartment that you can rent without physically going on a viewing. It is a bit more expensive compared to other agencies, but for the convenience I think it is worth it.

The process is great. My agent , Svenja, was really helpful and easy to communicate with. I am grateful for Mr. Lodge.
