I have ordered twice from Mr Jury & the first time my order was a week late with no communication.
This time, my order is currently a week later & again, no communication.
I have left multiple messages on his TikTok videos but he just deletes them!
I’ve been giving him the benefit as I want the product but will now request a refund.

ordered a bottle of bond street end of july and still have recieved no oils, tried to contact jury via whatsapp and got no where,
seems like hes not really bothered or really cares to help a supporter whos been around before he even blew on tiktok
if i had any recomendations do not buy from here as this is the second time this has happened to me

I bought some items more never received it tried to get in contact I was told the issue would be sorted then I was completely ignored and never given a refund. I’ve sent numerous messages no response.

Would give 0 if it was possible. Ordered on 17/09/24 and received no product or update since then. I’ve emailed twice and left numerous comments on his TikTok posts, only for them to be deleted. It looks like I’m not the only one either! Cash grab. Stay away!!!

Update:

Jury reached out via text, I messaged back and guess what?! The communication stopped. Have flagged with my credit card company to resolve.

This guy is a complete conman. I ordered this 7 weeks ago and had nothing. I wrote a bad review on this site and then all of a sudden his right hand man in his scam Wayne reached out. He said he had sent out another fragrance however I wanted a refund, I asked for the return address after he stated he would give it to me yet completely ignored me after multiple messages.
Also I reached out on tiktok on jurys page and he deleted all my comments hahahaha. Conman, do not give this guy your money.

Ordered almost a year ago and we are yet to receive our order. Emailed asking about my order and have had no response. My daughter ordered last year as well and had to send 6 emails to get a reply. Going to my bank to report fraud!

Would give 0 if could. No product No Response to emails!!! Wish I read the reviews before ordering.

This man is not a good person at all he pretends he is all nice when your buying stuff of him in little bits but when it came to me giving him £430 for some exclusive oils in big bottles to sell myself he has completely robbed me took my money and thinks that’s ok 👌 he has been telling me everyday he will give me my money back to send my bank details and I have done exactly that but yet still nothing !! I really thought he was a good person but how very wrong you can be I no your say I’m wrong about this but I no the truth you have not given me the oils or a refund and you told me time and time again you would

Ordered the cherry oil it’s been over a month it’s still not here he doesn’t reply to any emails,messages and he even deletes comments on his instagram and TikTok when you mention it. Don’t order from here He goes on about exposing the fragrance industry and he is scamming people make it make sense.
Can guarantee he won’t reply to this

He messaged me saying it’s not a scam and his going to send me another one and it’s been over a week, once again it has not arrived and his not responding to anything. And never sends proof that he has actually sent it

Make sure you contact your bank it’s the only way to get your money back from this scammer

Placed an order on the 31st of August, delivery said it would take around 2 weeks and I’ve still not received my order. I’ve tried emailing on numerous occasions and also commenting on videos on his TikTok but he’s just removed my comments, clearly a scam so DONT BUY!! I want a full refund and compensation.

It's been over 3 years and still not received my order. Paid £200 for the VIP subscription which he has conveniently removed from his website. This guy is a joke and a thief. Please save your money if you value it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from somone who promotes himself as middle class man.

Absolutely terrible site/person to buy from. I ordered a oil from him on the 6/9/24 and the estimated time for delivery was between 12/9/24- 15/9/24 I haven’t even received a email regarding my purchase not even a dispatch confirmation. I have contacted him in all social media platforms asking for a ‘update’ I’ve been ignored I’ve even commented on videos asking politely for an update and received absolutely nothing. He come across like a reliable person to buy from but really he just seems to be scamming people. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this person/website.

He ignores my messages now. Constantly just saying ‘Have you received it?’ How can I receive it if it hasn’t been dispatched?
I’ve had to get my bank involved so will see if I can get my money back. The lack of visibility and communication is frustrating to say the least.

Have placed 4 orders from Mr Jury which majority were good, Marbella sunset, Bond Street musk and SE26 fragrance oils.

I received my first 3 orders for each fragrance oil and decided to buy 3 additional Bond Street musks bottles as I gifted my first bottle to my dad. Unfortunately the last order was placed on 2nd August for and still not received the order. This is just short of 7 weeks since order was placed.

Received an email to say they were dispatched on 19th August but no where to be seen.

Have sent numerous emails and not one reply.

Have sent DM’s on TikTok and instagram and again no reply.

I have commented on Mr Jury social media posts politely asking to respond to emails and DM’s regarding an order, but these get deleted.

Unless this gets resolved and my products arrive or I get a refund and a response from Mr Jury I will definitely not be ordering again.

So my order arrived today after 7 weeks since placed order. Glad the order was received but disappointed with lack of communication from Mr Jury when I have sent emails and DM’s

What on earth Jury?

You seem like such a top lad online, talking about men's mental health and all that and you have failed to deliver my item that was supposed to be with me on the 4-6 September, and you haven't responded to a SINGLE email. I haven't sworn or have been angry, I've just been disappointed from the lack of correspondence. When I see you and Ragnar in terms of the customer service, there's a world of difference.

I will never order from you again brother. Very disappointing. Still waiting for the oil.

Got the se26 oil and gonna try my of mrjury love the cherry oil also this gut is top the way he responded to my message when out of stock and sent me one that day tried alot of new fragrances due to his videos and content can't recommend his stuff enough get subscribed to him and follow him

This guy knows his stuff when it comes to fragrances! He gives a honest opinion about every fragrance and also gives people just as good alternatives.

Not everyone is going to agree on his opinion on every scent but people like different things.

This guy is legit and he also sells unreal products himself. So don’t believe the fake haters that are just jealous and trying to ruin his reputation.

Ordered a few things over the years, mainly oils which were good, though even those required chasing up.
Paid £90 via bank transfer in two payments on 9 and 13 September 2024. Almost two years later, nothing received. Repeated WhatsApp messages ignored. Multiple broken promises about delivery. Was even contacted personally after winning a WhatsApp giveaway and still received nothing. Avoid paying by bank transfer as you have no protection if this happens to you.
