Great quality floor mats and good value for money

Absolute shambles they take your money and you get nothing, no mats can't get in contact with them as every avenue does not work, AVOID

Perfect fitting mats for my car. Exactly as described and pop into the mat holders without issue. Even got extra padding for the driver's heel.

Website was easy to negotiate for personalising my car mats. Slight delay in delivery but really pleased with quality of mats when they arrived.Rishika who I dealt with over email was brilliant in chasing my order and even emailed me to check they had arrived so customer service was great

Abysmal from start to yet to finish. Ordered mats and they eventually turned up after almost 6 weeks. Got fobbed off with production issues. Complete waste of time trying to contact them. Mats arrived and are woeful quality, very poor uneven stitching, however they do fit perfectly. Drivers side mat trim and stitching already frayed and coming apart. Have sent pictures to them complaining let’s see how that goes?
Avoid at all costs, probably the worst online purchase you could ever make!

Mats what mats ??? Ordered some q2 mats on 1.6.26 expecting them in 5 working days but nothing. When I eventually got some form of contact via email/chat they said there had been a production problem’sorry for delay’. You’d have thought they would have emailed me to say there was a delay - but no. I’ve been chasing them up and I just want a refund but they won’t give me one as they say even though delayed by them the mats are in production and unable to refund. They will be sent ‘urgently’. What a load of rubbish….. still no mats, they have my money….. never buy from these !!!!!!!

Ordered 4 weeks ago , After a number of emails asking for update i got "order is in production". Website says 5 days not weeks !! Have asked for a full refund and no reply in 3 days so I have requested a charge back with my bank and sent the evidence.
Personally would avoid. Plenty of other company's out there that are reliable.

Description states they are exactly the same size as the original but they are not so they don't fit well.
They also say fixings are included but they did not send them.
Contacted customer service multiple times who said they would send the fixings but they never did.
Requested a refund but they then started ignoring my emails.
Dreadful company do not buy!

Do not order from this company it's been 16 days and my mats have still not been despatched. Phone Number is fake and they don't respond to emails.

I ordered mats via the website. Two days later I received an email to say they weren't able to provide the mats even though they were listed as available on the website. I have had no response to my refund request which I sent almost a week ago.

It was a very interesting and confusing experience as the communication was very brief and didn't really explain what was happening it felt like I was communicating with a robot. I didn't think I would get the mats that I wanted so I was very surprised when they arrived and fitted perfectly. Thank you Rishika for arranging it for me.

They took ages to make my car mats.Everytime I contacted them I just got excuses.I would never use them again I expected the mats in 3 or 4 days not 3 weeks.Mats are very thin but look ok. I suppose this is what happens when you think you have got something at a decent price.

Waited and waited for the mat kept getting fobbed off can’t get in touch with anyone cancelled the order and got one elsewhere and lo snd behold they sent the mat I informed them I need to return but as usual no response would definitely not recommend this site

one of the car mats was faulty, i emailed customer service with the issue and Rishika was a great help. She helped to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently and sent me a replacement free of charge. I was very appreciative of this.
