Vorsicht!!!! Absolut betrügerische Machenschaften. Ware entspricht nicht den Beschreibungen. Es wird doppelt abgebucht sobald man sich seine Bestellung ansieht.

Save your time and money, its a rort.
I purchased vein assistance product on the 6 Feb 2026, their australian invoice total with shipping insurance and "other costs" was $60. So they take $76.18 out of my account, and to date the email I sent querying this has not been replied to.
Item as packed 15 February 2026, not the 24 hours they quote but 9 days later.
Got to Sydney NSW Aust on the 25 February NSW, then for some reason it was sent to Western Australia arriving on the 27 February.
As of yesterday, 4 days later, 3 March 2026 it is still there, while I am on the other side of Australia in Queensland.
I am assuming this is just some sort of ruse, and the product/order never existed.

I was interested in the product and looked at the cost etc in the order page - I hadn’t even confirmed the payment, and thought Id just check it out on Trustpilot BEFORE I completed any purchase. I read scam reviews, within a couple of minutes whilst doing that a confirmation email was sent by PayPal saying I’d actually purchased the product and a confirmation from the company Moxivon!?! When I purchase items through PayPal I have to confirm my account with a code and Face ID, none of that came through, because I didn’t actually finalise anything from my end.
I contacted PayPal my dispute was refused by PayPal telling me the company I purchased through did nothing wrong. I have re-opened with a dispute after actually speaking to a representative from PayPal voicing my concerns that the purchase went through without my approval or authorisation. Not to mention that the amount charged included hugely inflated postage rates and insurance which again I did not authorise. The company that charged me (for exactly the same product on the same date) was called Starrisus Limited (*beware*) very sus indeed! ABSOLUTE SCAM and scary to think that they can process a payment without approval which I also raised to PayPal. I’ll hopefully get my money back in 10 days time. I explained to PayPal that I have been receiving emails from Moxivon since the 22/2/26 requesting that I finalise my transaction, then others requesting that I review my cancelled order! Stay away from either company … read the reviews that there is no scientific evidence to back their claims.
Product shipped out of China despite claims it is produced in Australia… complete bulls**t

Scam. Overcharged by using sneaky tactics. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Scam company. Do NOT deal with. Two weeks later item not received. Supposed to be manufactured in Australia and shipped within 24 hours. Link to fake Chinese courier.

Absolute scam.
No way to contact, overcharged & product is fake. Even PayPal at sucked in by them and won’t help with overcharging

This is an outright scam. Product does not work. Refunds, though promised, cannot be redeemed because you cannot contact the company, emails do not work. Website shows Australian dollars but then charges U.S. dollars. Avoid this company all together.
