All estate agents are the same, right? Well, no actually. We do things differently. Our aim is a simple one - to give you a stress-free, professional experience by doing what's best for you and your individual needs.
So, what should you expect from your estate agent?
...well yes, especially in terms of achieving the best price; however these should be your standard expectations of any estate agent.
You should also expect your estate agent to listen, so as to understand the motivation behind the move, and in doing so offer the best possible advice specific to your circumstances.
Your estate agent should respond in a timely fashion, provide excellent levels of communication and remain both positive and dedicated throughout the whole process.
They should remain true to the cause, telling you what you need to hear, even if at times this may not be what you were hoping to hear. Honest feedback is vital and as a straight-talking estate agency, we are here to assist people in the sale of their property and will always treat the situation with the respect it deserves.

Slow to respond
Slow to respond, ended up pulling out of purchase with them and buying a property elsewhere, not ideal really but could not loose my buyer through Bridgefords. It cost me a lot of money!

Strange company, out of the blue I get asked to complete a review. Never bought a property from them nor sold one through them. Need to get their act together with respect to their database and activity. Maybe not a company to be dealing with??

Random email asking me to review them…
Random email asking me to review them some 5 years after attempting to view a property via them. Mind you still quicker to reply than purple property shop!.. Updated,now being told all trustpilots error but how would they get my email? Who would provide the email? Who held my email on file? Can't even admit liability.

Movuno were fantastic from start to finish. There was no pressure put on us to select Movuno after they viewed the property we wanted to sell, the quote was reasonable and not payable until completion. Michaela looked after our sale and couldn’t have been more helpful, we were kept updated throughout the whole process and were able to get answers to any queries the same day. Highly recommend!

A long struggle finally over
Movuno provided an excellent service keeping in touch with buyer’s, agents and conveyancers and giving regular updates.
My sale was drawn out due to problems with in the chain so the updates were very useful.
A big thank you to Michaela and all the team at Movuno for all their help.

Excellent service
Movuno offer an excellent service at a good price.
My move was particularly difficult and drawn out due to problems up the chain, but Michaela kept in regular touch, getting updates and pushing the other parties.
I think I may have lost my buyer had it not been for her hard work.
I would definitely recommend movuno and Michaela in particular!!

Used Movuno for purchasing a property
Used Movuno for purchasing a property. They were very helpful and professional from the first call to arrange the viewing until the exchange of contract and collecting the keys. They even kept in touch with the solicitors and gave regular updates on the progress of the conveyancing which was quite impressive. Would highly recommend them.
