Luke in the broker team is an absolute legend. Working in a logistics company we need jobs quick and snappy and Luke is the man for the job! Not only that, he makes you laugh every time you call and has amazing customer service. Luke is a top bloke and is amazing at what he does!

He was incredibly friendly and made the whole car delivery experience smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to go through everything with me step by step, explained the condition of the car clearly, and guided me on what to follow up on.

He also shared plenty of helpful tips, which made the experience even better. Such a great guy — really appreciate his help!

I work for Movex I moved a van for them and only got 1/2 the money I was told I was getting I’ve done the job got the van to the destination no problems whatsoever but they only pay me 1/2 the money  absolute disgrace of a company

I booked a delivery for two vehicles from Scotland, the driver was made aware that one of the vehicles had an amber engine light on and was perfectly fine to drive and agreed to carry out the job regardless. The driver then turned up to collect one of the vehicles and contacted Movex to abort the delivery due to the amber engine light being on which they were already aware of. I have contacted Movex numerous times over the last 2 months as we have paid for two vehicle movements and received only one, leaving me £300 out of pocket. They have quite honestly refused to support me, the customer and are most happy to ignore foul play. If you use this service, don't expect this company to be reputable and will happily steal your money if things don't go as planned.

Do not use this company.

Worst company ever, absolutely horrible staff with no customer service skills.
Needs to be shut down so they can’t rip anyone else off.

Terrible service, take your money, say a jobs booked and to be collected then days turn into weeks and they cancel the job with not even a curtesy call to inform you, happened 3 out of the 4 bookings last week alone. now struggling to get my money back!

Terrible customer service and management, took the dealerships side and removed my account, the dealership has taken its business elsewhere so movex have lost a good transport company and a large network of dealerships due to poor management decisions.
