Quality RK and JT sprockets
Found good quality sprockets from RK (rear)and JT (front with rubber cushion) to replace current OEM after more than 30,000 klm on my V-Strom 1000 online at bike-shop.com.au. Half the price of OEM items. Just made sure I checked specifications carefully, confirmed and then placed order. Sprockets delivered to my door within the week.

Rubbish Customer Service and poor search engine.
I was after a 16t front sprocket for my Aprilia RXV550. I went to this company online and searched using my bikes brand, model and year. I was presented with a couple of options and chose one.
I bought from them because there were no 16t sprockets in New Zealand and I needed one quickly.
Their price was actually quite expensive: almost double the cost of buying from Europe even including freight. However, I wanted the item quickly and thought that buying from Australia would be fast.
It wasn't! They didn't even process my order for 2 weeks and it took just short of a month for the item to arrive. It was almost too late.
Worse, it was NOT a fit for my bike despite my search on their site being specific about make, model and year.
When that turned into a customer service enquiry, the situation became much worse. They told me that because I had ordered a specific part number (which I was presented in THEIR search engine), I had taken all responsibility for the suitability of the item and they would not replace or refund the purchase.
They were adamant that it was my fault despite their website giving me that option for my brand, model and year of bike.
So don't bother with bike-shop.com.au. I got the right sprocket from Germany with the same search words in about the same delivery time for just over half the total price and with no drama.
Massive thumbs down for the quality of their online search engine and their customer service.
