CHECK EVERYTHING before handing over money!

First off this place hasn't got a clue about Tesla's, they will claim that they don't sell them with a battery health lower that 97% while the ones we looked at we low to mid 80%. So check the battery health before even thinking about buying one. They also don't have a clue how to help you with setting the app up and don't even give you a new keeper slip to help with it.

Avoid Georg he is useless, asked for 5 things to be sorted out on the car before we picked it up he claimed they were done and only one of them was done. We asked for new wipers and air filters (none were hard jobs but needed doing on the on board computer) got home and checked and there wasn't even an air filter present on the car it was just a big gap, wipers haven't been done or new rear reverse camera wasn't put on and the boot needed adjusting, none of it was done! They said it was done but their 'service department' wasn't very 'well up' on Tesla's so they couldn't reset it on the onboard computer (it's simple, it took me 5 seconds to work it out) They fixed one scratch And had the car for a week to "prep" it. Also the valeting was atrocious! My 4 year could clean the car better.

We asked for the car to be charged to 100% earlier in the day it was at 52% when we picked it up.

If your sales person is off work NO ONE can help you, we had questions about the car that needed answering and Georg was off Monday and Tuesday and the car was supposed to be 'ready' on Wednesday. We wanted the nice plates on that were on the car kept on and not changed to the awful motor range ones but couldn't get this done because we couldn't speak to him so we've had to spend another £60 ourselves to get new plates, it wasn't charged so it cost up £20 to charge it at a quick charge point so we were £80 down straight away through their incompetence.

On arrival we were given time to browse before being approached by a lovely sales representative who was keen to introduce herself and get to know us. She was very professional, knowledgeable and at the same time personal in helping us out with choosing the correct car.
Throughout the experience at motor range, said representative kept us fully informed, supported us with the best deal and remained attentive.
We could not have asked for any more during the experience.
