MotorProbe Anmeldelser

MotorProbe was very helpful with the purchase of my new Mercedes SLK. I was a little unsure buying the car due to the modifications that had been done, however the inspection completed by MotorProbe was very detailed and put my mind completely at ease. MotorProbe completed the phone calls, inspection and negotiation for me saving me hundreds off the asking price! This was the first time I have had an inspection completed and will never buy a car without one again! Thanks guys!

Great service. Highly recommend.

Well where do I start? Jeff @ MotorProbe is a true professional, diligent, accommodating and his eye for detail is second to none. He carried out a PPI for me on a 997.2 C4S and flagged various things (minor as she’s in such good condition) that need addressing. He’s also a lovely, knowledgable and entrepreneurial guy that will go over and above for his clients. I will, without a doubt work with Jeff again and would wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services. A*** Thank you!

Excellent customer service. V good value for money. Strongly recommend.

Great job! Very satisfied!

Jeff was excellent throughout my extensive Porsche PPI. Packed with detail and was always at the end of the phone all week right up until purchase. A true gent. Would never buy a car again without this guy!

Jeff did a fantastic job, gave me all the confidence I needed to buy the car. I would recommend the service to anyone and will certainly be using Jeff again when I buy my next car. The bonus came when Jeff was also able to negotiate further on the price and save me money.

I am giving a 5 star rating based on correspondence with Jeff Bunney. I am buying a car from a small Porsche specialist who took umbrage at the idea of an independent inspection of the car. They service all vehicles and sell with a warranty so I respected their position and didn't go ahead with the inspection. In the meantime, Jeff was primed and ready to go and on hearing of the possibility of cancellation, gave me good advice on what to look for and reassured me that the reputation of the garage and warranty should suffice. He stood down with good grace.

Should I feel the need, I will use Motorprobe in the future. Jeff had been recommended by a Porsche specialist in Oxford.

Incredible service with my BMW 1M and now my wife’s Audi Q5 too. Fastidious from start to finish - The MotorProbe report contains all the intel you need to form a balanced investment decision from the comfort of your home, whilst the purchase & delivery service effortlessly takes the stress out of car buying. Great value for such personal customer service, tailored to each car.

I received excellent service and had constant communication with Jeff. He found the ideal car for me and got it at a very competitive price. Definitely use him again for buying or selling, fast and reliable.

I used MotorProbe when looking to purchase a Porsche Boxster. The help and advice that I received from start to finish was excellent and very professional. Their in depth knowledge of the Porsche marque was excellent with great attention to detail. Advice was given to avoid unnecessary inspections and therefore expenditure. Inspections were in great detail and the reports were excellently produced and easy to understand for a non-technical customer. I would not hesitate to use MotorProbe in the future and would thoroughly recommend anyone to use them when undertaking the purchase of a car.

‘brilliant appraisal with my 20th Anniversary edition Mazda MX-5’, very thorough and honest, refreshing change this day and age, I would certainly engage motorprobe for my next vehicle purchase, thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish and
I’m very happy with my car.

MotorProbe carried out the inspection of my last car and did the comprehensive inspection, purchase and delivery of my new BMW Z4 this year. As an engineer and car enthusiast, I would usually view and purchase my own cars, so I was hesitant about paying money to have an inspection carried out. The level of depth in the inspection report however is brilliant, finding niggles I would probably never have found, but it's the peace of mind from having a purchasing expert's qualitative feedback over the phone before commiting to buying that was simply invaluable. Worth every penny.

I got in touch with MotorProbe when buying my new BMW. The consultant I had was super helpful and kept me updated with all the little details. Tom gave me a detailed debrief and full report to help me avoid one bad car and get a great deal on the second car which I have now had for 6 months and am still over the moon with! MotorProbe has saved me money and time without leaving the house or driving far.
