Great service from Katie and the manager at the Birmingham branch both of whom were super helpful and went above and beyond. Sean Podmore from Burnley, who we dealt with initially, was also very helpful and efficient. We’re delighted with our car and would highly recommend buying from Motorpoint.

Excellent service. Our sales' consultant, Sion, was extremely helpful in suggesting and showing me a variety of car options available which were in my price range and suited what I'd asked for. The process from start to finish was smooth with all the steps such as insurance, road tax and finance being handled for me which made the whole experience easier and less stressful! I mostly spoke over the phone with my questions being answered. Selecting a car I had seen online and the advice from the advisor Michael was on point. When I went to the shop the advisor Jac was great, very patient and helpful. As a process the experience was positive and I would have given a 5 star but the interior of the car needed to be cleaned a little better as there was ash in the driver side air vent and tobacco in the centre console charging tray but that being said I would recommend Motorpoint to friends and family.
