Had to use the chatbot twice, which did not understand my query.

After being able to get to chat with a real person, I was entitled to an in-warranty repair. Assurant are their approved repairers and I was to be contacted by them in a couple of days. A week later still not contact.
So, back to WhatsApp and having to go through the rigmarole of trying to explain to the chatbot what my issue issue - guess what?, it didn't understand so I was put into a queue with 2 before me. A couple of minutes later, only 1 before me.

Now, 17 minutes later, I am still waiting. I don't know whether I am still in the queue. I asked "Hello, am I still in the queue, to which I receive an auto response "We are connecting you to an agent... Please wait a moment."
How long is a moment?

Very poor.

Do not buy directly from Motorola website. Firstly it took 2 weeks to deliver the phone. This took too long as I was without a phone so I ordered the same phone (for a cheaper price) from Amazon with next day delivery. I tried to arrange a return with Motorola and 4 times that have said that TNT would collect the phone and 4 times they have not showed up. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. So bad I am also going to return the phone from Amazon too. I don't want these jokers to get any of my money. I still can't get them to deal with me effectively or treat me with respect, so here I am on all the social media sites telling the world what an awful, disrespectful company they are ... Oh and the CEO will be getting a few spam emails as well.

I bought a Moto G14 , and forgot the password, I tried to do factory reset but the order is missing !!!!!!!!!
I tried through google account but didn't work as well
I spoke to customer service and gave them the IME number and they said the only option is to do a repair by them and I sent the phone to motorolla support , then I received an email from The Assurant Device Repair Team at lenovo warranty saying that I need to pay £56.26 Due to needing the Google Account Removed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-the phone is still in warranty period. 
-the phone has a manufacturing error as it lacks factory reset order.
-Google account is part of the faulty system, I didn't install it or remove it.
-the repair was offered by Motorola customer service because there are no other options to fix the faulty system 
-You are violating my rights in free repair for a manufacturing error. 
 
I wouldn't advice anyone to buy from Motorola /Lenovo ever.

Please may I warn future potential customers of Motorola UK, when purchasing mobile phone from UK website, item will be shipped from Nobelstraat Nederlands via their chosen courier partner UPS..fair warning please heed the multiple poor feedback regarding UPS as consistent poor performers, poor customer satisfaction, poor capabilities to deliver to UK in timely fashion, poorly performing functions on the UPS app. I speak from experience please avoid if other options are viable to you, you will see other with similar feedback regarding their experience dealing with UPS for European service-they are hapless.

I had to decline delivery as it was delayed daily for over a week when it was supposed to arrive within 2-3 days.
Motorola didn't fill out the correct paperwork for customs. Quite amateur.
Then they lie and lie saying I will get a refund. This has been going on for a month and a half.
I've had to start a chargeback from my credit card company.

telefono dopo 12mesi guasto irreparabile in garanzia. Il venditore illegittimamente mi rimanda al produttore Motorola. Questo accetta comunque di esaminare il telefono ma chiedendo soldi per avere l'apparecchio. Dietro mia insistenza organizzano il ritiro gratuito del mio telefono. Dopo un bel po' di tempo, senza alcuna giustificazione, dicono che la garanzia non è operante ma evitando di mandare il rapporto di servizio, chiedono anche 35 euro perchè riabbia il mio telefono indietro. Alle mie rimostranze si decidono a restituire il telefono non riparato senza accollarmi spese. La qualcosa è oltremodo grave perchè ad ad altri clienti le spese (come leggo dalle recensioni) le hanno fatte pagare. Il telefono torna finalmente indietro col rapporto di servizio dove però si guardano bene dal dichiarare che il telefono è fuori garanzia (campo prestampato ma non baffato del rapporto di servizio) Dicono solo che il telefono è integro ma "piegato" ovviamente misurando qualche decimo di millimetro di piegatura. Dunque trattasi di difetto strutturale di progettazione poichè il telefono venduto come slim non è idoneo alla vendita come slim. Al telefono trattano i clienti come idioti (noi ci saremmo comprati un altro telefono alludendo al fatto che il telefono non era di fascia alta, rifiutandosi di fornire la loro pec e proferendo sprezzantemente frasi come questa "la pec è sul sito" , etc. etc. Mai più Motorola e Lenovo (Motorola) . Comunque li sto mettendo in mora per poi citarli in giudizio in barba ai clienti Motorola che non lo fanno (al danno la beffa perché alla fine ci sarà tra i clienti Motorola a chi si e a chi no)

Paid for a mobile phone in full which was sent out for delivery or supposedly then advised there had been an issue with the courier & would be returned to Motorola, I requested a refund as this was an option & despite constant emails & excuses I am still awaiting my refund getting toward 2 months, utter shambles of a set up & avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Take payment for goods that they don't even send. Customer support won't help or come back to you. I am having to go through my card provider to get my money back.

I have returned a phone from Motorola and I've been requesting a waiting for a refund for around 2 months. Every time we call them they say that they will pass on the problem to the refund team and nothing happens until now.fraud and very bad customer service

Its been 1 month 2 weeks since I have paid over 1300 for my order, I have chased and chased them and kept getting told they will dispatch and now nothing has happened, what a waste and joke of a company, The amount of emails, posts on their forums and phonescalls I have made is ridiculous and yet no resolution. Very dodgy and illegal practice from this company!

38 days since I placed an order, this seemed to get stuck in customs after a few days. Have chased endless times since then. Fobbed off constantly. Have requested a refund, no update on that either so I've raised a dispute with my bank. Would never by from them directly again.

Phone just under 2 years, screen developed a fault. They picked it up, fixed it and returned it within a week good as new! Great service

Worst customer service ever. Never delivered my order and neither refunded me my money its been over 2 weeks since i placed the order.

Many people with same experience. Take a look at the Motorola forums, littered with people who have had money taken, no items and no refund.

Support are clowns. Can't comment on actual products because I've NEVER HAD ANY DELIVERED!

Downloaded an update without asking me for permission.

My Motorola g54 has just updated its self with out even asking me. I hate this phone. I hate Motorola. I wish I had never bought it. I can't wait to get a phone without Motorola or Google in it. I will never buy another Motorola phone ever again in my entire life.

Worst service and phone ever had. Razer 40 phone after 5 Months slitet screen. Service repaired it for free. After 2 Months mainbord deth. SERVICE repeired it. AFTER next 3 month screen slpliet axecly same way as first time. ITS BENDED phone and had big crack in midle phone again. MANUFACTURING FAIL. And they refuse repair and give me 580 pound for repair. New phone cost me 620 phonds. SEND email with questuons. NOBODY answer. They ask me 30 pound to send.? back this shit.
