James was very patient and kind.
After everything being so difficult with other insurance companies who wanted me to jump through many hoops, James made this easy and pleasant for me. I’m happy with the price too!

The right level of customer service
I was really impressed with the ease of the website to get an initial quote but even more impressed when I spoke to colleagues on the phone. On both occasions, they were very helpful, polite and not pushy. After an initial quote, I had some questions which were answered easily. The price of the insurance and breakdown cover combined is competitive and, unlike other companies that I subsequently received constant phone calls and emails in their pursuit of my business, Motorhome Protect seem to have got this balance right.
