I recently purchased a 2022 Audi A5 Sportback 2022 from this garage, and while I was initially happy with the car, the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing.
I viewed the car and was happy with it, so I decided to purchase it the same day as I was due to go away for two weeks. I was told the car would be fully valeted and properly prepared before collection.
When I returned from my trip, I discovered white stains on the seats and door panels that could not be removed, which clearly shows the car was not prepared to the standard promised.
I contacted the garage immediately and sent photos as requested. I was then assured the issue would be resolved, and we even agreed on a specific day for it to be sorted.
However, despite this, nothing was followed through. Communication has been inconsistent and unprofessional. I was given conflicting information about the salesperson’s availability, and despite multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly asked to resend photos instead of any real progress being made.
I was dealing with Gary, who contacted me as late as 11:30pm and even after midnight regarding the issue. On one occasion after midnight, instead of addressing the agreed plan, I received messages asking unrelated questions about the car, such as whether it was “fast enough,” which I found unprofessional given the situation.
It has now been over 8 weeks, and nothing has been done. I feel completely ignored after the sale.
The issue itself is minor and easily fixable, but the lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to honour commitments is very frustrating—especially after spending a significant amount of money.
I would not recommend this garage based on my experience, and I hope they seriously improve their after-sales service.
