Very pleased with the whole experience. I was in a hire car the same day that I first called. I felt very confident leaving the whole process in their hands. I would definitely recommend using this company.

My insurance company did not act quickly or efficiently when I reported my accident so I went down the accident management route. Glad I did, was in a replacement car the next day.

I have a great experience with the MotorClaimLine. They have provided me with a car in just a day, the claim itself got sorted in less then a month. Fingers crossed no one drives into me, but if they do i will use MotorClaimLine again. No fees, they get the third party insurance to pay for the work so you don't need to worry about fees. Thank you MotorClaimLine and hope to not use you again.

Great response!! Even just answering your call !! Couple of rings and someone picks up to talk to you ?!! Organised a hire car , delivered to my work and on time to deliver and collect it, only issue , car was empty of fuel !! Only a minor I know! Would definitely recommend and use again , hopefully I won’t have any need to but you can’t rely on your insurance company for help and assistance when you most need it.

I am very happy with claims line as i was in a RTA on the 6th October and within 2 day of ringing them i had a curtsy car delivered and my car took away to be assessed also they always keep in touch with whats going on i will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs to make a claim

***Updated to Five Stars*** Following a scary road accident, with my young kids in the car, that wasn’t my fault. I phoned motor claims and spoke to a kind gentleman called Chris. He quickly took my details and I sent photos. He helped calm me down and went above and beyond to get me a hire car the next day and collected my damaged car in 3 days. My claim was complicated with the third party not reporting to his insurance and then denying responsibility. The motor claim fought the third party insurance on my behalf and remained confident. re- assured me every time I called stressed. In the end we won and I received payment for my family car that was written off. It is still an emotional experience and I need to purchase a new car now, but I am still thankful for all their help and care. It means so much to a mum of three. The reason for 4 stars, is to feedback on the hire car service. Enterprise are unprofessional and incompetent and kept calling me and stressed me to return the hire car before the end of my agreement. Days later, they admitted their admin team made an error but never gave me another car. Now, I am disputing with them about a parking ticket for another hire car. They have gotten it wrong again with the registration plate and charged me admin. It feels like it will be a long road to receive a refund and an apology. Enterprise give you a bad name and you should drop them!

Would definitely recommend, made first point of contact on 14th July, the following working day I received my courtesy car and within 3 weeks I received the value of my car as unfortunately it was a write off. Didn’t have contact my own insurance and hasn’t affected my no claims. The agents have been very helpful and informative throughout the process which made it smooth during this stressful period of time for myself

Had a accident in my Porsche Macan (only 1 month only) motor claims line claimed of the other drivers insurance saving my no claims bonus and excess they also provided me with a lovely Range Rover while my car was off the road! Couldn’t recommend more

Went with this company after being advised by a friend that its best to proceed with an accident management company. the reason for four instead of five was the initial phone call, the gentleman who answered was very dismissive due to it being a roundabout collision. however despite this they rang me back after watching my dashcam footage, and stated they can support me. they have been helpful and informative of each stage of the claim.

There service was smooth and swift. Chris was really helpful throughout the claim.

After contacting my insurance after a non fault accident I was disappointed with there response.so after finding motor claims line on the internet I called them and boy am glad I did ..Chris and Lauren told me they would deal with the claim and I didn't have to contact my insurance at all..they arranged for my car to be collected in 2 days and arranged a courtesy car a day later. Unfortunately my car was a total loss but within 2 weeks I was paid full retail price into my bank and could keep the courtesy car for 7 days giving me time to find a new car .Didnt cost me a penny all costs to the third party insurance.Cant recommend this company enough stress free from start to finish and kept me informed all the way ..don't call your insurance company call motor claims line and let them do it all for you and no excess to pay winner winner

Was recommended this company by a friend and I could not fault them at all . Chris and Lauren kept me upto date all the way through the process . I had a replacement car within 24 hours of making my claim . Fabulous communication and made easier with the use of what’s app for sending over my eveidence . Would use them again in a heartbeat if the need to arose again.

Fast and efficient with excellent communication both by phone and whatsapp chat. Only niggle would be the valuation determined by the assessor for my car was slightly light of what we believed to be market value and MCL were not particularly helpful in entertaining a higher valuation but the actual processing of the claim and then payment through to our account was extremely smooth.
