Very helpful, all the information needed prior buying a car was supplied. The live chat option is also great to be had, for any additional help.

Extremely helpful. Great service.

The site is very user friendly and easy to understand. It highlighted an issue which was duly sorted before I made my final decision to purchase the vehicle in question.

It has to be 5 star. Very efficient fast and reliable. Thanks to everybody in the company and I would advise all my family and friends to use them. Superb service 👏

Excellent, very prompt response and put my mind to rest. I purchased the vehicle, and am completely satisfied.
Thanks so much to Stevan.

The check did reveal a number of notable issues however once I requested further investigations the team we so prompt at resolving the concerns I had. I can now buy with confidence. Thank you Motorcheck for an outstanding service.

Run a car check with motorcheck and report initially gave much much higher mileage than was on a car. Reported discrepancy to them they corrected to what was expected. There are many more entries in the report but there is no trust to the report as even mileage I knew (based on the odometer in the car) was wrong. Asked for refund as now have to get the report elsewhere but was rejected. Lost 20euro for report which I do not trust. If you have money to waste this is highly recommended.

Thanks Stevan and Aly, for fast response to my queries on the motor check report - report and responses were very useful.

Seamless, trouble free experience with Team MotorCheck as always. James, Aly and Sammy replied promptly to my queries. They investigated areas of concern to my satisfaction. This is my go-to company for vehicle checks

Really good service and the online help from staff is incredibly quick! My vehicle flagged an odometer issue and by providing service history, James and Aly updated this. Thanks!

This website is excellent and always gives me piece of mind whilst looking at or viewing a car! Highly recommend to anyone!

The quick and simple way they respond to your questions and how thorough they are in finding all relevant information you need to help you make your decisions about your purchase is so saving you so much unwanted stress

Seriously saved me from a bad purchase!

I was set on purchasing a car from a private person, and was told everything was good & the car not written off or involved in accidents. I checked with MotorCheck.ie, and discovered the car was involved in an insurance claim, and that it had been damaged. They informed the month/year it was in the accident.

When I informed the owner, he said this was an error from the rental company when they sold off a lot of cars (it was a rental car originally) and he had it fixed and to "try running a report again." He believed it was an admin mistake.

Instead of running another report, I asked MotorCheck to investigate further about the incident. They not only double assured me the car was in an accident, but even sent me pictures of the proof! This was above & beyond what I was asking for, and sealed the deal for me to not purchase this car. It's possible the owner didn't know, as he was just reselling the car, but regardless the car wasn't worth the asking price due to it's history.

This was so helpful and worth every penny. I since got a different car.

The reports Motorcheck provided are very detailed. Their CS are responsive and a pleasure to deal with. They also provided a follow up service to Finance check a car with the bank, all included in the report fee. Excellent all round, thanks.

A lady from motorcheck named Ali was very helpful with my issue today big thanks again 😊 👍 dermot dublin

I recently encountered an issue that will likely prevent me from using Motorcheck.ie services again.

There is an expiration date on purchased checks and its not stated clearly. That's mean If you buy a bundle of three checks and only use one, the remaining checks will expire after a certain period. This means that if you plan to purchase another car after 3 years which is the minimum period for upgrading in my opinion, you'll find your unused checks have expired and you'll need to pay for new ones. I haven't encountered this issue with other vehicle check companies! So for a peace of mind I'll buy from the other companies with no expiration dates and cheaper with the same info!

Quick process, full report in minutes to give you peace of mind. Highly recommended. 10% of cars in Ireland in 2024 have had odometers tampered with and 15% are imported write offs (apparently).
Support on hand to answer any queries with the findings.

The committemen and efficiency of the staff who were so helpful in educating me how to get the report up on the computer screen

Aly was so helpful! Saved me from buying a car that had 150,000km more than shown on the clock! Thanks

Well detailed and ready customer support for enquires.
